I was treated so poorly and discriminated agaimst because my insurance hasnt cleared on their end ..it cleared on mine and the lady at the pharmacy was rude( even though the dr a week b4 had written the script for steroid cream btw ) she told me go talk to leslie the third time i had to check in with member services ..and this time Leslie acted like i was lying and asked to speak to my bemefits people and she was very irritated and rude and seemed like i was wasting her time ..wth ?? I m a memeber and to be tteated this way was just unacceptable in every way ..get it together kaiser
