Ordered online through their own website. Ordered kids spaghetti and they didn't include the garlic bread. A mountain of fries with two packets of ketchup and two napkins. Either include enough or don't add them at all. Burger was good, cheesecake was melted. Delivery time was legit. I know it's hot outside but if it's on the menu for delivery then it should show up proper.

I ordered dinner around 6:30 pm for delivery in 60 minutes. 90 minutes later....NOTHING. I called and they hadn't even placed the order to prepare. Instead of an apology, I was told I would have to wait another 60 minutes. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?!?!?!?!? 2.5 HOURS WAITING FOR FOOD AND IT'S NOT THAT GOOD!!!! The time before this, they took the order and then called an hour later to tell me they were out of 2 items of the 3 that I ordered. Seriously? This was dinner time and they were already out!!! Still waiting for the refund on the credit card for the food I never received!!!!

I've been ordering from Mr Eat'z since 2005 today i ordered my favorite for the 1st time, bbq fingers & fries. The order taker was polite and seem to be having a difficult time hearing me,(it was pretty loud in her background) with the phone she was on. But she was able to finally hear me and took my order. Told me the order would be 45 mins. The delivery driver was clean in appearance and she arrived pretty quick, she had the food bag, tied in a knot (for safety) which was good. She then read my order to me, from the receipt. She was a polite lady with an accent. I gave her my money, she asked me did i want change, i told her no. She gave me the food & told me to have a nice day and to stay safe. She then left. So as i untied the bag and opened it, the chicken fingers tub of ranch and fries looked good, but they forgot to add the bbq sauce to my chicken fingers. No worries, i ate all of the fingers anyway, with ketchup and hot sauce, but that's the first time, Mr Eats has ever forgot something. In my order.

Placed an order on Feb 29 for $63.87 to include Spaghetti, A Half Chicken meal, 2 burgers and a side of Mac and Cheese. I received a phone call a few minutes later advising they did not have the Chicken...ok no big deal. I asked to replace it with the Cajun Shrimp pasta. They did have it either. She then proceeds to tell me that they also don't have the Mac and Cheese or the Spaghetti and Meatballs. Obviously at this point I asked to cancel my order and was advised it would be 5 to 7 business days before I get my money back. I asked to talk to a manager and was told none was available..after a long hold I was told I would receive my refund on Monday which I accepted. It is now Wednesday and no money, no phone call...What a horrible experience.

Today was my first time ordering from here. The customer service is the best I’ve come across since moving to Las Vegas. I was so pleased with the service that I had to post a review before my order even got to my house! I’ll update my review once the food gets here. Keep up the excellent work.Food arrived! Hot and delicious! Meat fell off the bone. Satisfied customer here. Will definitely be ordering again!

I normally love the food from Mr.Eatz. tonight, no. The cheese on the pizza was really burned and then it looks as though someone tried to fix it by sprinkling some fresh cheese on it, that didn't work because what you ended up with was burned cheese on a pizza with splotches of white that looked like I don't know what in the middle of the pizza. I tried to call back and tell them about the quality of the pizza, I was placed on hold and left on hold for 9 minutes before I hung up. I understand restaurants get busy but at least pick up the phone and acknowledge that they are still aware that you were there and they'll be with you as quickly as they can. There are many other places I can order from and more than likely I will which is very disappointing because the rest of their food has always been amazing.

I ordered a serving of chicken wings and fries and the Chicken salad and the salad was mostly onions,the hot wings tasted spoiled I just threw the whole serving away i had just gotten off work and this was the only place close To my house that was still open so I bought it at least 20 minutes before they where closing so I couldn’t take it back to complain and I just called their number and the lady who picked up was acting very confused and kept repeating the same questions over again after I answered it already

I'm so very disappointed with this place. I have ordered from Mr. Eatz for years & my whole family loves their food bit recently the quality has gone downhill. It's like they don't even care anymore. My last three orders placed online through their website has had something wrong with it. I'm not talking about no salt on some fries but cheese & condiments on a hamburger that was specifically stated to not wanting condiments. With a heavy heart we are going to have to find a new favorite pizza & burger joint.

Ordered the same special we always get from them which is 2 large pizzas a bucket of fries and a bucket of chicken fingers. First off they gave us a delivery when we wanted pick up so theres an extra charge and driver tip then they brought us wings instead of fingers. When we told the driver he said that we ordered wrong. Then we called the place to tell them and they said theyd bring us the right stuff.... They did about an hour later and everything was seriously overcooked, and the service is rude at best. Never again!!!

Had Mr Eat’z for the first time tonight and definitely won’t be the last. Best chicken fingers I’ve had in Vegas. Portion size was more than enough but I couldn’t stop until I finished them. I was stuffed to the max after. Definitely will be going back to try the rest of the menu but this is now my go to spot for chicken fingers. A MUST try...
