Update 6/28/20 very poor service. I used to love this place, but not anymore. Very poor customer service from a younger lady, was rude, and condescending. Ruined my safe, friendly, neighborhood vibe of why I liked coming here. I've been going here for over a year and have made friends with lots of the staff and have always enjoyed the service and product. New staff couldn't handle the computers and service was poor, the other lady was down right politely disrespectful. Manager watched and did nothing

One of the best places to get good high quality inexpensive weed in the entire Oregon stake India Mr. Nice guys is a great place to go they regularly have $40 ounces or $40 half ounces are you can mix and match they have great pre packs of rolls joints and I personally buy from them as much as I possibly can to they always give me a great deal in high quality weed

If I could leave ZERO stars it would be accurate of their service, "deals" and "quality". Since day 1 they have been dishonest in practice. Never ONCE have I received discounts promoted no matter what price I pay. They ALWAYS have excuses as to why the "discount doesn't apply". Probably the reason they keep removing the terms of discount from public view so that there's no consumer recourse. Now they send out text saying discount applies all day LMAO. This just means NO MORE DISCOUNTS. The ONLY honest bud tender you have once told me, "you can literally swing a cat by the tail and hit a weed shop around here which is why we should not be shady about our prices or quality." I have to say, I swung the cat...BETTER WEED SHOPS EVERYWHERE! I doubt I will regret my decision even though you were my weekly spot. DEALS ARE DEAD AND THE QUALITY IS NOT THERE. Hello LaMota!...or anywhere else with a deal. Literally, ANYONE else.

OK this is the best place in the world to get weed OK the people there are nice they're friendly also they've got so many great deals you can come in early and get deals you can get trim deals it I found so many wonderful X day 13 seeds when I got in my my exchange 13 for $40 an ounce great weed but on top of that they have great trim deals to so what you should do is go there and tell them what you want to do with the

Well I hate to do this honestly but from a person whom buys products from a place i expect a product of quality and information. Sadly I bought XJ-13 falcon distribution which was mainly seeds not trimmed properly or set properly at purchase. So for a selection it's ok not all the things here are worth the price the staff didn't respond at all to the feed back.When asking bud tenders questions of name were so taken back.So in this review the staff could improve alot sadly on customer experience and proper handling of Falcon Distribution.

On 9/7/19 @ 12:06 I made a purchase at this location. I was very clear about my desired purchase of a 1:1 tincture, I was given instead a cbd product by the same company. When I contacted them to inform them of the error, a female manager-on-duty told me there was an OLCC no return policy on any product that leaves the store, then was told that "it's a good product, so you'll probably enjoy it anyway".When I returned the next day to buy the originally intended product and was explaining to another employee simply why I was there, the same manager-on-duty lady interrupted to tell him that if called yesterday and then to reiterate the OLCC policy and that I had clearly asked for the product they gave me. When I told her I'm sorry but that's not true, she told me that they have audio & video recording everything in the store. I said "great, please look at it". To which she balked "well we can't just go looking at the video for whoever disagrees with what happens".All of this could have been dealt with in a professional customer service manner with a simple apology and/or nominal discount on the originally intended product. Instead manager-on-duty was rude, condescending and bluffed about checking security footage without any intention of following through. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of dispensaries in this city, one would think they'd understand customer service is crucial in retaining business.If you must go to this location, check your purchase before you leave.

Bought a star killer og cartridge the employees clearly labeled as 1g for $38 however it is clearly labeled from the manufacturer as only being 0.5g and when I brought it to his attention he said oh that’s my bad but u have to take it up with the manufacturer. How is that when it was your companies mistake and instead of fixing it or offering a refund you try to pass the problem off to someone else?? Never will do business here again!

I'll pass on this place. Was a cool little spot then it turned into Mr. Nice Guy and all the prices went up but they had deals so it wasn't bad, then they removed the deals and now everything is just more expensive. If it's the closest shop to you it's not bad to go to but if you have to travel a little to get here, there are plenty of other places to go with the same quality and cheaper prices. Maybe if my bud hadn't been sitting for over the past 8 months i'd have no issue with these prices but this high for old bud is a pass from me.

Have been going here since they opened as High Cascade. Staff is great but since the Mr. Nice Guy takeover things have sharply declined. Always “more coming tomorrow” and after three trips where I walk out empty handed just can’t justify it being my spot any longer when there are 10 others within walking distance. Today was it when all they had was their overpriced “platinum tier” and when I said no thanks they offered pre-weighed out shake...for the same price as their economical flower. Also, all those great points you’ve built up as a frequent customers have not gone away, just all the rewards. No, I don’t want to spend 600 pts. (12 visits) for a T-shirt I want our frequent customer discounts back :( the Mr. Nice Guy buyout has been a bust.

Really sucks that I have to give such a terrible review. This used to be my go-to dispensary until they raised they’re prices. They also stopped labeling they’re weed so when you walk in, you have no idea what you’re even looking at.Not only that, but I had a horrible experience with one of the employees working there today. I’m not sure what her issue was but she decided to engage herself in a conversation my boyfriend was having with one of the employees we know. And not in a good way.She was helping another customer when all of a sudden she starts to put herself in our conversation, starting an argument all while “trying” to help a different customer. She was never once helpful when she decided to add her two cents, all that came out of her mouth was negativity/insults. I never got her name; black hair, glasses and short in height. I’m hoping if I ever do come back, I never see her working there again. Absolutely uncalled for.Y’all need better customer service and better deals. Absolutely ridiculous.
