On 9/7/19 @ 12:06 I made a purchase at this location. I was very clear about my desired purchase of a 1:1 tincture, I was given instead a cbd product by the same company. When I contacted them to inform them of the error, a female manager-on-duty told me there was an OLCC no return policy on any product that leaves the store, then was told that "it's a good product, so you'll probably enjoy it anyway".When I returned the next day to buy the originally intended product and was explaining to another employee simply why I was there, the same manager-on-duty lady interrupted to tell him that if called yesterday and then to reiterate the OLCC policy and that I had clearly asked for the product they gave me. When I told her I'm sorry but that's not true, she told me that they have audio & video recording everything in the store. I said "great, please look at it". To which she balked "well we can't just go looking at the video for whoever disagrees with what happens".All of this could have been dealt with in a professional customer service manner with a simple apology and/or nominal discount on the originally intended product. Instead manager-on-duty was rude, condescending and bluffed about checking security footage without any intention of following through. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of dispensaries in this city, one would think they'd understand customer service is crucial in retaining business.If you must go to this location, check your purchase before you leave.
