Just lost an appliance sale to LowesWe purchased a brand new 1500 dollar Samsung refrigerator and after tearing our apartment apart three different times to be prepared for their delivery they kept not delivering and rescheduling without so much as a courtesy call, text, or email. I've seen pizza delivery drivers put in more effort. We'll take our refund and purchase the exact same product at Lowe's for a lower price

Very poor customer service. The online curbside pickup was extremely inefficient. The people in the outside line went through faster than they could bring out the online orders. I saw about 1 order being picked every 5-6 minutes. Unbelievably slow when those orders are already ready to go at the customer service desk. Skip this store and go to another one. Not worth the time and hassle. The employees do not seem to know what to do.

Big with lots of items in stock. Many helpful employees that can direct you to the items or sections you're looking for. All sections are separated by categories so not hard to find things once you look up at the signs. Prices seem good but I'm sure some things are cheaper while other things are expensive compared to other places like Lowe's. I'd recommend this place for most hardware needs.

I asked for help looking for an Item. The shelf was empty, but there was more up above. When I said to a sales person "There is more up top."I was told "This is what we have, deal with it." This is not my only poor customer service encounter at this Home Depot, just my most recent. I will not be back, making it my last poor customer service experience. Lesson learned.

I rarely write reviews because I'm so busy, but I have to speak out. This place has the worst customer service. Reps call for department workers that never come to help. Store is understaffed and hard to find an orange apron. Just a mixed bag of problems every time. Yesterday, I called to get info on rentals, hours, rates etc. Today i came in to rent a truck and got conflicting information from the woman who acted like she didnt want to rent to me. She said last rental is 6pm and it was 6:05. When I called for the info I was told last rental is at 8pm. After she gave in and chose to allow the rental she pulled another girl over to have me finish the paperwork, but was sure to nag me about returning the vehicle. When I got the keys they did not even tell me where or how to get the vehicle. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being a customer. When returning the truck the gentleman I dealt with was much more helpful and had a better attitude. This home depot has 1 good employee for every 7 or 8 I run across, if I'm able to find one. When doing client work or personal work i advise you to look for another neighboring home depot if you have the option and time allowance.

I use this Home Depot all the time but this review is for the Tool Rental service. There are only a few employees who work in that department and the one that helped me is one of the most helpful. He gave a demonstration of the tool and asked if I had questions then I was supplied with an Operating Manual. Customer service like it should be done.

3rd year in a row we've gone to pick out our Christmas tree. They had a lot of fresh cut trees, most of them are stilled tied up but you can untie them to take a look. There are different types of trees in separate fenced areas. They had tree stands to sell with your tree if needed they fresh cut the trunk of your tree & wrap it in mesh for easy traveling. The lot area is out in front of the nursery area of Home Depot, but you are given a tag to go inside to pay. Competitive pricing. We got a 7' noble tree for $59.99.

A great place to shop and get whatever you want in the Home Improvement genre that you'd ever want. Beware though that 15% of Home Depot's stock is available only online. Otherwise a great place for anyone with tools and enjoys projects around the house. Just to go walking around for an hour or so. Hard to go in there and not come out with a small bag or a trailer full of items!

Everything that you need to fix a house or build a house is here! Well... not just house! I've bought most of my construction stuff for my business here as well! It's considered as a man's playhouse but I love this playhouse! I see more & more females come in for random tools or fix me upper tips! They sell appliances & plants! I know it's random but that's what gets the ladies in! We like to plant things to look at & things to eat! But appliances are very personal! Sometimes you have to go to places like Home Depot to get commercial quality appliances & fixtures for people who seriously know what they want! Although I do have those random trips where I can't find what I want but end up buying a candy bar or a heavy duty steel tumbler to drink water at work
