Feedback:

I rarely write reviews because I'm so busy, but I have to speak out. This place has the worst customer service. Reps call for department workers that never come to help. Store is understaffed and hard to find an orange apron. Just a mixed bag of problems every time. Yesterday, I called to get info on rentals, hours, rates etc. Today i came in to rent a truck and got conflicting information from the woman who acted like she didnt want to rent to me. She said last rental is 6pm and it was 6:05. When I called for the info I was told last rental is at 8pm. After she gave in and chose to allow the rental she pulled another girl over to have me finish the paperwork, but was sure to nag me about returning the vehicle. When I got the keys they did not even tell me where or how to get the vehicle. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being a customer. When returning the truck the gentleman I dealt with was much more helpful and had a better attitude. This home depot has 1 good employee for every 7 or 8 I run across, if I'm able to find one. When doing client work or personal work i advise you to look for another neighboring home depot if you have the option and time allowance.
