I just moved into the neighborhood and my friend told me about this store. I really loved it, it’s really nice and clean store. The workers are really nice and professional. They have everything you’re looking for from bongs, pipes, cigarettes, rolling papers, hookah, hookah flavors, and Kratom. They always help me with what ever I’m looking for. You won’t regret coming here.

We bought a piece of glassware here, took it home, and it cracked from the heat of the nail on first use. We took it back, and they told us they were a no-exchanges store. We explained that we'd just been there, that we weren't children, and we knew how to care for our glassware. They gave us another piece. Like the first, the second cracked from the heat of the nail. This has not happened on any of our other glassware using the same nail. In short, this store sells cheap, low-quality glassware, doesn't stand by what they sell, and has mediocre service. (EDIT: Owner replies to customer comments with insults. Sir, change your business model, sell a quality product, be respectful, and your customers- AKA your livelihood- will leave you better reviews! You won't have to ask your friends to leave them!)

I live not too far from this place in burbank and i like checking new smoke shops out in my area. The second i walked into that store i started liking it.they specialize in Tangiers hookah tobacco(shisha), They got some dope music playin there all the time, the prices compared to other shops in the area are the cheapest, the servicce is the bestt. Keep it up guys and thank you
