This is by far my favorite dispensary! The layout is super easy and great selection. Also, their staff is AMAZING and super informative! Mario helped me and was able to answer all of my questions and provide recommendations that I was looking for. I know this experience can be overwhelming at times, but Native Roots always makes it easy. Also prices are really afforadable!

For most everyone I would recommend Native Roots, however, I was informed this veterans day weekend that the previous discount military veterans given by Native Roots, which was the best in Summit County, was reduced because quote "the military discount was taking away from the ownership's profit margins" As a U.S. Army Veteran just want to say thank you Native Roots on this Veterans Day Weekend 🇺🇸#MySacrifaceYourGain

Nice enough staff but not a lot of variety out to see, somewhat dark and not a real energetic spot. Very basic customer service without a lot of rep input. No in house cartridges and did not advertise much information on your choices. They had 6 people in line inside with 1 rep. Was happier with service across the street, and likely would not go back to this location. Good review for nice setup, location, and quality product.

Eight dispensaries next to each other in one building, in a part of Breckenridge that the city doesn't want tourists to see -- that's a negative bad attitude by the City of Breckenridge, with the dispensaries having no choice where they can set up their businesses. The prices were the most fair in this dispensary, and way cool staff and manager. Good product. Recommended.

Not sure why they wouldn’t take my valid ID, but they wouldn’t. I’ve gone to other dispensaries with it with no problems, and have even shown it to police after getting pulled over with no questions asked. The guy checking IDs was uninformed and frankly kind of dohchey. My girlfriend could have gone in without me, but we decided they didn’t get our money, so we went to Tumbleweeds across the street, no issues at all, and got what we needed. Would not recommend this place when you have a much friendlier, and better dispensary across the street.

Worst business in town. Native roots is basically corporate w/o the etiquette: they close early & treat their customers as a nuisance. They hand you menus to read while waiting in line twice (once to get in, then again to order), then dictate what you buy due to "such high volume we can't simply give people what they want". Been here twice w/ tourists, a disastrous mistake both times. Wrote them a complaint, got a response 6 weeks later offering a coupon vs an apology.

Absolutely horrible. Less than knowledgeable, rude sales staff, limited selection of dried out, big stem laden prepackaged BS bud...By far the worst product in summit county. I'd recommend Altitude organics in Silverthorne or driving all the way to Denver to get twice the bargain for half the price at almost any dispensary. $45+ for 1/8 of the worst weed I've bought since recreational was legalized in Colorado. 🖓

Stephen was great! Switching from rec to med was a little confusing for me at first, but after talking with Stephen my mind is at ease... Very professional, but super friendly, he made my experience spectacular and took away the anxiety I feel when talking to new people... Plus, with the CBD Thursday discount and my referral bonus from the doc, I left with great old favorites and new products to try at a SUPER discounted price!Edit: (June 28, 2019) I’m unsure what has happened over the last year, or if perhaps I and my boyfriend have been happening to come in on “bad days” for employees? I’m sure they’re all very happy and nice people outside of their workplace. However, the last 3-4 times we’ve been in, the employees seem like they hate the fact that they’re there, which is off putting in this gorgeous mountain community. I would compare the vibe oozing from the budtender yesterday to that of a lunch lady, on a hot day, toward the end of the school year... Seemed like she just wanted me in then out, like I was a nuisance ... I actually found myself apologizing to her, TWICE, for absolutely no reason. My boyfriend has experienced similar treatment from a completely different employee... Hopefully whatever is happening to/with the employees gets straightened up soon, for the benefit of the owner, as I used to LOVE this dispensary, not only for the prices, but for the vibe, too. However, we won’t be patronizing this dispensary again. There are too many dispensaries up here with folks working in them that make you feel welcome, not like you’re some sort of eyesore in their presence!

I'm adding to my "4 star, no comment" review in response to the owner asking what it would take to get 5 stars. Props to the owner for being so engaged in the customer experience.I went to the shop with a family member from out of state who was interested in trying CBD products for arthritis and other ailments. I didn't feel the selection of CBD products was as wide as in other shops I had visited. I hoped to find more variety in ratios of CBD to THC. If I recall correctly, Native Roots offered 1:1 and 10:1 products but not a wide variety of them, especially in edibles. There was maybe 1 edible option for each ratio where I wanted to shop many options for many ratios. I'm talking 1:1, 3:1, 10:1,chocolates, gummies, drinks, patches, etc. I also like to see pure CBD options like the CBD water, for example. Space is limited and I think this shop made fine choices for what to offer, it just didn't line up 100% with what I was shopping for that day.The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and patient, taking time to explain the options for the products we were shopping. The store was clean and there was no wait. Also, the bag for the products was unique for an out-of-state shopper and we were given free stickers.For the great customer attention and response to my review, I'm changing my review to 5 stars. I'll be back... :)

Great shop, very well maintained and never had an issue with the product. The staff know their stuff! But seeing as I recently moved to Colorado, there's a lot of things I'm not familiar with when it comes to the legalization aspect. With the staffs knowledge, there's a couple things I like and dont like. First, a girl let me know NEVER to use a credit card at any shop, even if they "accept it". Thank you for that info, good looking out! Secondly, to the guy that made me feel dumb because sometimes you guys use the bags and other times you don't, all you had to say was no bag necessary today. P.S., when you accumulate their bags, you can bring them back as long as you have the locking part too. Nice to see them reusing those! Anyways, give this place a shot! The prices are high, but if you're local and not a tourist, you should know how to get around that ;)
