I'm adding to my "4 star, no comment" review in response to the owner asking what it would take to get 5 stars. Props to the owner for being so engaged in the customer experience.I went to the shop with a family member from out of state who was interested in trying CBD products for arthritis and other ailments. I didn't feel the selection of CBD products was as wide as in other shops I had visited. I hoped to find more variety in ratios of CBD to THC. If I recall correctly, Native Roots offered 1:1 and 10:1 products but not a wide variety of them, especially in edibles. There was maybe 1 edible option for each ratio where I wanted to shop many options for many ratios. I'm talking 1:1, 3:1, 10:1,chocolates, gummies, drinks, patches, etc. I also like to see pure CBD options like the CBD water, for example. Space is limited and I think this shop made fine choices for what to offer, it just didn't line up 100% with what I was shopping for that day.The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and patient, taking time to explain the options for the products we were shopping. The store was clean and there was no wait. Also, the bag for the products was unique for an out-of-state shopper and we were given free stickers.For the great customer attention and response to my review, I'm changing my review to 5 stars. I'll be back... :)
