I'm medical and for many months I have noticed even when only one person is in front of me I watch 15 people on the rec side go in and out before I get in. I ask why a second register isnt open and there is always a different answer and never anything solid. I see more than one register and employees standing around. I can almost drive to the next dispensary get served and get home before I get called back which I'm tempted now. Also having concern with product availability. A certain concentrate is sold on rec side but everytime I ask for it on med I'm told not sure if its coming in. I understand I can go to rec side to get it but there's a reason I got a med card. I called another dispensary little further away and they had the same exact concentrate I was looking for. So I want to stay with native roots. Very clean friendly people just the availability of staffing and product has some opportunity. I'm thinking of switching shops and going somewhere else. I only shop here every other day....

My husband and I went to this establishment with my medical card. We got cash from the ATM on site. I took the cash and started to go into the shop and I was told I just broke the law, and asked to leave. My husband and I got the cash together, he drove me there and a rude kid threatens us, kicks us out.... Never again will we go to this dispensary, they have overpriced products anyway so no loss to us.

I haven't gone to a dispensary since March. I was very impressed with the precautions they took to keep everyone safe. Also, special shout out to the man from Michigan and the gal with beautiful nails that were at the front desk dealing with some old jerk refusing to wear a mask. You all handled that situation great! Quality product sold by quality people.

Zoey and the staff at native roots are the happiest cheerful and classy people I have ever met. They give me deals and discounts when I don't ask or want more discounts...it's that awesome. We need more businesses to operate and I always leave very well taken care of also with a better mood then when I walked in. 5 star customer service and kindness

If you are looking for some of the sweetest people, who are helpful and compassionate - this is the place to go. To be greeted by Tanner's friendly smile starts everything out on such a kind note. Have chronic digestive issues, take IV medication so have to find different products but didn't know what to try to try and sleep. Amanda who works there is the most compassionate human being I have ever met. She was knowledgable on the products and also listened about the issues and tried to find products that would work the best. She took time to explain information, and did so with care in her voice and non-judgment in her eyes. These are genuine people who have hearts that care. It's worth going the distance in drive to go to this establishment. Great people and a great company. Thank you Tanner and Amanda (and the other people that are members of the Native Roots Team) You are all appreciated and thanked for. Thank you for the time and care you spend with each customer, and thank you for making it a comfortable and safe place to be and ask questions. You guys are the best.

Generally a bit of a line since covid. Save time by placing your order online in advance of your visit. Good selection with really reasonable pricing. Scored a 1/2 for the price of a 1/4 at another shop. Budtenders are friendly. Debit cards accepted in the manner most dispensaries accept debit cards (run as a withdrawal for an even amount with difference being returned).

For the occasions where I enjoy unwinding with the Delta-9, I would have to say that Native Roots is among my favorite shops to stop by for a treat. Their selection is fairly impressive, their prices are very fair in general, and they have a homely and friendly atmosphere throughout their facilities. I have never had bad customer service or been disappointed with a purchase. With laudable standards and selection, I think they're one of the best names in town.

I really look forward to visiting NR any time I need fresh kush. I'm not a daily smoker, and I'm pretty new to weed. Their selection of edibles and Pre-rolls always gives me new options and the friendly staff has answers to help me find items I'll enjoy. They keep the store very clean and fresh, items are kept in a case with a budtender on hand so you don't have to wait in line to check out.

Kind of tired of this place and their lack of customer service. They went out of their way to tell everyone to order online...but then make you wait in line with everyone who needs to "shop". Why? Why not have an Express pickup line?! Why waste all that energy asking us to order online but then make us sit in a room where hundreds of people walk thru every day? Makes 0 sense.

The quality of product is good, but holy cow do they need to work on their customer service. The guy told me 5 to 10 minute wait. It's been 30, now I'm in line watching two employees talk about their nails. Maybe a time limit, per customer, would be cool too. Or an Express counter. Or something to separate the tourists who need education vs people who know what they want.
