Feedback:

I'm medical and for many months I have noticed even when only one person is in front of me I watch 15 people on the rec side go in and out before I get in. I ask why a second register isnt open and there is always a different answer and never anything solid. I see more than one register and employees standing around. I can almost drive to the next dispensary get served and get home before I get called back which I'm tempted now. Also having concern with product availability. A certain concentrate is sold on rec side but everytime I ask for it on med I'm told not sure if its coming in. I understand I can go to rec side to get it but there's a reason I got a med card. I called another dispensary little further away and they had the same exact concentrate I was looking for. So I want to stay with native roots. Very clean friendly people just the availability of staffing and product has some opportunity. I'm thinking of switching shops and going somewhere else. I only shop here every other day....
