Cindy Kelly has helped so many people and I’m so grateful that she has helped me too. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to listen to us. The rates are affordable and the treatments are all well worth it. I always leave feeling healthier and happier. I always leave with a plan of action of how to become more healthy as well. Cindy has taken the time and gone out of her way for me. She didn’t have to do any of that but she did out of the kindness of her heart. She treats everyone with respect, kindness and she has patience. She works with my crazy schedule and always finds a time slot to put me in. She even stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you so much Alive and Well for always taking such amazing care of me and my family.

Cindy at “Alive and well” has changed my life! I have an Auto immune disease and I’m a celiac and I have IBS. Quite the make up for tummy issues. Constipation issues diarrhea issues all of the above along with food allergies make for the perfect GI storm. Her “magic poop pills” (I call them) are my life line to feeling normal. I say normal because if you know what it’s like to go days without “going” That doesn’t feel good or normal. Since I’ve been taking her “Magic poop pills” I am as regular as I would think a regular person would be. I can’t and will not go back to feeling like I did before I found her and her “Magic poop pills”! Thank you Cindy!!! You are an angel to me!! I am so grateful and blessed to know you!!!

I am so glad I found Alive and Well.....wish I had found them sooner!!! Cindy is nothing short of amazing. She makes what could be a very awkward and uncomfortable situation, educational and relaxing. Cindy genuinely cares about her clients and is passionate about gut health.....this becomes very clear during the session.Once you read Cindy's bio and have session with her, you will understand why she has dedicated her career to educating others about the importance of a healthy colon. She will make it her mission to ensure you and everyone who sees her, has the healthiest colon possible!The staff is very professional and the office is relaxing and welcoming. If you don't poop everyday, I highly recommend purchasing Cindy's magic poop pills. It is a concoction she came up with after years of studying gut health. At 42 years old I am finally pooping every day since I started taking her pills. I take a lot of meds due to medical issues I have and the meds have ALWAYS constipated me....that's why I went to Cindy in the 1st place. For all these years I have gone poop 2x/week if I am lucky. No joke, once I started taking her pills, I go every morning!!! It has been 3 weeks and I still can't believe it!!!
