I am so glad I found Alive and Well.....wish I had found them sooner!!! Cindy is nothing short of amazing. She makes what could be a very awkward and uncomfortable situation, educational and relaxing. Cindy genuinely cares about her clients and is passionate about gut health.....this becomes very clear during the session.Once you read Cindy's bio and have session with her, you will understand why she has dedicated her career to educating others about the importance of a healthy colon. She will make it her mission to ensure you and everyone who sees her, has the healthiest colon possible!The staff is very professional and the office is relaxing and welcoming. If you don't poop everyday, I highly recommend purchasing Cindy's magic poop pills. It is a concoction she came up with after years of studying gut health. At 42 years old I am finally pooping every day since I started taking her pills. I take a lot of meds due to medical issues I have and the meds have ALWAYS constipated me....that's why I went to Cindy in the 1st place. For all these years I have gone poop 2x/week if I am lucky.
