I am sorry to have to write this but the staff just cannot comprehend sharing customer experiences with management to better their experiences. I have been a customer for a couple of years spending about or over $300 per month. Yesterday, July 4, my experience was maddening. I called on July 3, spoke to JJ. He informed me that they were not able to take phone orders due to a system upgrade and to just come in. I arrived and began the process of checking in outside in line. The wait was about 35 minutes. After this time my order was taken. Moving through the line it was now my time to enter the building. I waited another 15 minutes and a man came out and asked me to email my new card, ok, no problem. Another 10 minutes goes by and now we are here over an hour. A young lady came out, sheepish and shy, no experience dealing with customers who may need more help than others as with my experiences most of the customers visit the dispensaries simply because they want to get high. With that said I also notice that when a dispensary is out of product those who simply seek a high will take whatever product is available. Well, personally I do not shop this way. I need to products to match my needs. So the young lady says "im sorry but we are out of 4 of your 5 products." She offered 1 suggestion and nothing further. ((I mentioned the FACT that Leafly, Weedmaps and the NatureMed website were all out of sync on current products)) which makes shopping difficult for someone who as a result of a motor vehicle accident seeks the right products for relief. The accident, I was thrown from the vehicle onto the road and broke my neck and back. I was hospitalized for 6 months, then rehab for another 6 months. Needless to say, due to these injuries I seek alternatives to nerve pain, bone pain and muscle aches. Not to mention it is difficult to sleep soundly without the proper MMJ products. When I first started coming to NatureMed you had it all down to perfection. Over the last year quality of service has tanked, and it also seems that for a million dollar + store your staff is super damn lazy if they can't take the time to properly update product menus daily, which seems to get worse as time goes by. My suggestion here is that mgmt redirect and retrain these behaviors because it has now forced me to seek business elsewhere. NatureMed was only 5 miles from my house but I will now travel 20 miles to the dispensary that is professional, up to date with pricing, products and menus for peace of mind and ease of service. In summary, I am not a customer that simply wants to get high with whatever product your staff is pushing today, I seek products who attributes meet the needs of individuals that truly seek pain management and sleep management. I do not appreciate the level of decline in diligence from your staff. I appreciate the time taken to review this complaint. Discounting me or offering free products does not satisfy this consumer. Step back up or the next letter I write will be to Arizona Dept of Health Services as you are not exactly in compliance with these shortcomings. Do not blame covid guidelines either as that is just not an excuse to do your job and follow job descriptions laid out when staff was hired. I will await a respectable and professional response and I will follow up and keep an eye on this topic as it will determine the future purchases for my needs.

Today I waited in a hour plus line in the heat to try and get some cbd products for migraines the staff was very patient and friendly and was helpful if I had questions....there was a lady that said she knew the family that owned the place she complained the entire time I asked questions because I was new and had needs also which caused me to lose train of thought and they did nothing process which was very upsetting

I fully trust their supply and knowledge. TOP NOTCH COMPANY

If I could give NO STARS I would. I have been coming here for a little more than five years. I would drive the 22 miles because that’s how much I loved them. (Even though I have 3 dispensary minute or so away from my house ) Well that has all changed today. My daughter is a MMP I’m the caregiver. I have been very pleased with not only their selection but service up until today. For the past five and half years my daughter had a standing order of 20% off. Why because at first she was their youngest MMJ patient they had at the dispensary. I could’ve gone to any other dispensary and one Much closer to me but no I chose to continue to go to them. Because I appreciated their hospitality how they treated you. Well today I had the absolutely worst service ever. The gentleman who took my order was not only rude but very unprofessional. He took down my order then another guy comes out to gave me the total. I asked the kid who had come out that’s with her 20% off correct? He said oh no I’m sorry let me go back and re-calculate it I’m new here. I tell him no worries that’s ok. Than the other guy how took my order came out again and told me there was nothing in there that stated that. I proceeded to tell him it comes up every time I’ve ever bought something she gets 20% off. He said well I don’t know and I’m not going to honor it anymore. I proceeded to ask him why. His remark was the same thing. Because I’m not going to and that’s it there’s nothing I’m going to do about it. I told him you know I don’t understand because any other time I come in here it was never an issue I’m not sure why it is now. His remarking to me was I’m not honoring it anymore. He said I’ll do 13% and that’s it just this one time and walked away for me. (I did get their 13% off special they have every Friday) like as if he was doing me a favor. Needless to say if I didn’t need the stuff I needed. I would’ve walked out right then and there but my daughter cannot go without the medication. I will never return to nature Med again. They have become not only very rude but unprofessional as well. Which is very sad.

Unprofessional Staff every time I decide to ask a question or open my mouth.Like for example I call in to see if they do birthday specials and I asked if it's ok to come in and clam it. First thing he says only if I buy something.😑 I just renewed my card on my Birthday and I'm not gonna spend money in this place the next two years now that I will have my card. And that's just one example of the rude service I have received here over the 7 years I have my med card.

I received a coupon in the mail for Cbd wellness. I have had many medical issues and doctors take forever so I decided to try it out while i wait for my surgeries. I wish I knew the gentleman's name that helped me. I ended up getting the cinnamon tincture and for the first time in a long time, I slept through the night without waking up to vomit, or waking up in severe pain. I have bad days and good days, but I will stick with this. I'm grateful to the wonderful staff for dealing with my questions and concerns.

This last month the staff have been horribly uneducated and not very friendly. Every time I go in there now it's like I'm walking in a frat house with a bunch of college kids who want to smoke and party. I miss the old staff who was educated about the product, knew my name and was ready to help with my medical needs. The products getting bad as well. Very dry, alot of stems, not high quality for the price I spend.

I was a regular customer for 2 years. Their prices are too high, they are losing/firing the good employees...and today a manager there violated federal law by telling me that they fired a specific employee, and the reason why they fired him. It used to be one of the best dispensaries, not anymore. I will miss shopping there, but can't and wont pay double the price.

Went to this place hoping they had changed since the last time I went a couple years ago. Unfortunately they did not. The staff got more rude and the product got even worse. I bought two cartridges "which both had already leaked almost all the way out". It's really worth the drive to go to almost any other dispensary LOL. The cookies and coffee are about the only thing positive I could say about this place.
