My main problem is NTI management's outright irritation at having to address faulty products, selling horrible quality IESO flower at high prices, or almost unusable pre-rolls. From the first time I... more

Up until yesterday I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here and I'm upset that has changed. After receiving my order I noticed my product was open and missing some. I called and talked to an employee that asked me to take pictures to send in and to "take with caution", which is horrible advice on it's own, and someone would get back to me later that day. I never received a response so I called the next day and explained again what had happened and was told someone would get back to me in up to a week. I expressed displeasure in needing to wait a week for a purchase to be rectified only to be met with the response of, "it is what it is" from the man that referred to himself as the operations manager. I'd recommend a customer service rep for the phone.Update: I've spoke with Dalton and feel like my issue is now being addressed. I'd still like to suggest that if you're going to have an email for defectives, it should be checked daily. While I'm aware you probably get a ton of bogus/ignorant complaints, the legitimate ones should be handled in a timely manner. In my case, I was served possibly tampered with product, someone more hard up than me would have ingested it and the repercussions of anything gone wrong would put you in the spotlight. Also, keep control over who answers your phones or handles customer complaints. The first gentleman I spoke to had me ready to start making the drive to any other place but here. Legal or no, marijuana sales has always been a service industry and if you're treating people like a paycheck eventually they'll stop paying you. That's my two cents and resume ✌️6/20 Update:Finally returned to redeem my defective. All I was given was an email with the #28. When I tried to redeem I was told #28 was already redeemed and the associate wasn't going to honor this although I haven't been in the building since the mistake was made. I was told I was "asking for something for free." and that it would be "comped just because we're so busy". Yet another flaw in your defectives system. Were there two #28 emails sent out? Of so, what steps do you take to rectify other than belittling a customer?

I talked with a person on the phone and they were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I almost left after that conversation. I was told there was no wait time, but when I walked in there were 10 people in the waiting room. This place is about as efficient as a DMV because it runs on the same archaic grab a paper number system. It's slow. It's expensive. Prices are anywhere from 50%-100% more expensive than what you would see in any other state where recreation is legal. The selection is very limited. They have no flower. The online menu is not updated frequently. The last time I checked it had been 4 days since they updated it. I'm not sure if this is because of Illinois, or if Nature's Treatment needs to get their act together. Either way it was by far the worst dispensary experience I've ever had. I'm all about legalization but these guys must be making an absolute fortune. They have no competition, and it shows with their lack of quality, selection, amd prices.

I never been there before so I was a little clueless to their routine but they were very polite . The gentleman at the door was Stern and polite when he said you're supposed to go to the website sign in there and then wait in the parking lot for your text message to enter knowing that makes the trip a little easier for you but I got me a half-gram disposable pen for $65 and I left a tip. I was very satisfied with the service so I left a 5-star review

Going downhill very fast. This place used to be orderly, efficient, and the staff was great. Now Staff has become rude and short with patients. Someone hung up on me twice. And I had to call 7 times just to get through each time. I couldn’t leave a message because their “mailbox is full”. Rec menu used to be updated regularly, now it seems it’s never accurate. Apparently they don’t mind taking your money but they have no time to answer any questions about the medical side. I was instructed by my doctor after being certified to call my local dispensary and ask if they had any paperwork I needed to fill out before purchasing. I wasn’t talking about the state application and I made this abundantly clear. They just kept telling me “you have to go through the state.” I know that. That’s not what I was asking. When I tried to explain that they hung up on me again. Since I don’t want to call another 14 times I’ll take my business elsewhere. I don’t know if they’re lazy, not knowledgeable, poorly trained, or overconfident because they’re currently the only game. But Ottawa isn’t that far away and always has flower. Big Fail NTI. You were doing so well and then apparently everyone just stopped caring about service.

I’ve lived in Colorado for 4 years and California for 2 years. Just recently went in for my first visit and it’ll be my last. Worst dispensary I’ve ever been to. The prices are high way robbery for iffy products. I’ve literally never spent $75 on a .5 cartridges that’s not even in the 90% Potency 🤷🏻‍♀️ I spent almost 200 bucks on a few products and when I got home one of the cartridges wouldn’t work. I went back to the store and they told me the only way to resolve it is via email. And nobody is responding to me. Just because someone shops recreational does not mean that it’s not medical. I had my medical card in California and Colorado. Now I find myself without my medicine. I will continue to drive to Chicago for what I need. It’s worth the drive way better products and options. Not to mention just an unprofessional set up. Waited a while then rushed at the counter. Bud tenders were not very educated one of the guys working didn’t understand when I was asking if a hybrid was indica or sativa dominate... basic knowledge.** update. They reached out to me today via email. It was over the weekend and a holiday so I guess I should have accounted for that. Will update my review with how it’s handled

Im repeat customer and go often so Overall very professional and helpful. Engaging with the customers recommending products to you and explaining them.. as long as your able to check in online to get on the waitlist its smooth sailing really. My one and only complaint/criticism is on their paper ad list Watermelon verano vape cartridge is listed at 82% or 83% THC for $70.. when I purchased the product and returned home it was labeled at 75.25% THC.. and typically I dont go lower than 80%

When I asked questions they got upset. She stapled my bag shut without me seeing what was inside which made me uncomfortable. There prices are SUPER HIGH. A .05 cart can run 75. 🙁 Update... I ended up buying a cartridge there that was defective and had to call numerous times to get help but eventually Dalton did make it right and replace the cart for me. The way that they do things though however is extremely inefficient and they are outright price gouging people. if you plan to go to this dispensary you better have at least 3 hours to burn because it's going to take you a long time.

This place has a horrible system in place. Do not drive any kind of distance as you could be turned away. You have to be there at the time they open and if you’re lucky they will give you a number to come back at a later time Slot. If you are not there when they open you probably will be turned away. You can’t call to ask if you would get a ticket. I don’t see that posted on their website anywhere. They tell u to check the website for the list of products but they don’t keep the menu updated. They are overpriced compared to other dispensary and still don’t have much available. ( 3 1/2 months after having recreational legal)Which I don’t understand why this dispensary can’t seem to get products but other dispensary in IL have everything all the time including flower?!I need to update my experience with nature treatment. The system they have in place has changed a bit. You can add your name to the waitlist online. U have to do this as soon as they open and it’s a bit of a hassle. Sometimes it takes over an hour to even add your name and the spots fill up really fast. They quote you 4 hours and call you to come in after an hour ( so you can’t make it in time bc you expect it to be at the time or around the time that is quoted) ( I understand that everyone is trying to adjust to the COVID19 stipulation to business and everyone is doing the best they can so I don’t think it’s fair of me to give a bad review based on that) I am surprised that after 5 months of being able to sell recreational that this particular place is STILL unable to sell actual flower when other dispensary around Illinois have it?! I think they have adjusted prices down a bit but still a lot higher than other dispensary in Illinois. I’m changing my 1 ⭐️ to 3 🌟 for now and hopefully they will get better with time 😉and I will delete this review and write it again. Just trying to help the people who are traveling a distant so they don’t waste their time 😉

Nice building and close location, literally the only good things I can say about this place. Just got off the phone with an employee who told me "You can go to the Galesburg location its only 45 minutes away" I don't need that kind of attitude, it's not as if I called 10 minutes before closing time, asking stupid questions. If there were ANY OTHER dispensaries near me I would never come here again.

My main problem is NTI management's outright irritation at having to address faulty products, selling horrible quality IESO flower at high prices, or almost unusable pre-rolls. From the first time I even asked about product quality control policies they got very defensive and dismissive. NTI is insanely overpriced now, the okay service has become a total nightmare with covid19, (because they want you to call the phone they don't answer) they had a very rude associate chew me out for simply asking if the menu dated yesterday was correct, up to 2 hour long waits, almost no flower for even medical since last December, and the icing on the cake is they have enough nerve to get irritated with patients/customers when we don't know what's going on because they don't communicate with us. NTI is easily the worst dispensary in Illinois
