UPDATE: the owner called me immediately after receiving my review and was very genuine & committed to making things right. They were nice, very sweet, welcoming, etc. so much so that I feel bad leaving a poor review. But my experience was quite poor. I went in at 6 weeks & a hand full of days and was told by the sonographer and then her supervisor that they couldn’t find anything, maybe I was too early. So I left. I didn’t get offered a refund or an appointment to come back later. I was just out $45. They called me shortly after to say they advise me to go to the ER or to get into my doctors office ASAP because at 6 weeks & a few days, something should be there. Obviously I was quite alarmed, in tears on the phone with my midwife. We had some scares early on about viability so the idea that we had lost this baby opened up some barely healed wounds. My midwife sent me to a different elective ultrasound place, one that she works with directly. I drove straight there. They did another abdominal ultrasound and found baby & a heart beat in a matter of seconds. I was so upset and angry for the emotional roller coaster that New Life sent me on. I usually only leave positive reviews, but this one I felt was important to leave. Just don’t go in early. Try to wait it out to prevent the chaos that I experienced

This is my number one go-to ultrasound place! The environment here is so warm & cozy! Dana & Natalie are the sweetest people I’ve ever met. They’re so welcoming and make you feel right at home. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a special, memorable experience. It will truly be a memory that will last a lifetime! Love this place ❤️

My husband and I came in with our family for an HD today and absolutely loved our experience. Not only did we schedule our appointment just 2 hours prior to going in, but the technician was super friendly and patient with our very stubborn little girl, who refused to show her face. She went above and beyond, doing everything in her power to try and get us some decent images. The ones we ended up with looked really good, but she offered us to come back in a few days and gave me some things to do before hand. We can’t wait for our next appointment and will be using Newlife again!

Very nice ladies my 1st time there to find out what I'm having for my gender reveal and I can't wait for to open the envelope on June 23rd. Natalie is the technician that helped me very nice and caring great customer service. Dana is very nice great customer service and loved the office how well she keeps it up great person can't wait to go back.

I did a walk in this morning, and to my surprise they were able to get me right in without an issue. Cassandra was my technician and she did an amazing job. She was so kind and friendly and ensured I had a great experience during my visit. I highly recommend this establishment, will be returning back once I'm further along. Thank you Cassandra, you are an angel.

The staff was super friendly and they were flexible but the pictures didn’t come out well. I would have just let it go and chalked it up to the position of my baby, but then I saw my sister-in-laws photos from this ultrasound place, first child, compared to the picture she got from another place with her second child. The second ultrasounds were much higher quality.

Cassandre the technician and the receptionist Bayan were amazing! Very down to earth and sweet. They are professionals but still give you a personal touch and treat you as an individual rather than just their job! Can't say enough good things, so if your local I recommend coming here for your gender reveal or first ultrasound! You won't regret coming here, they made our day!

Yesterday when my ultrasound place through my doctors office cancelled on me, I called New Life and they made me an appointment for later that same day! The inside is so nice, and the staff welcomed me and my family. Sarah the ultrasound tech was amazing! we didn't want to know the gender of our baby so she took all precautions to make sure we didn't see. She gave us as many angles of the baby as she could and explained everything to us. She made us laugh and it felt like we have known her for years. Ultimately if I could afford it I would come back every month! Highly recommend this establishment to anyone I know! Thank you girls again!

Absolutely loved everything about my experience here. Our baby was shy the first couple times we went in, so we weren’t able to find out the gender. They not only brought us back once, but twice just to confirm that we were having a girl! The girls working here are so nice and professional, and not to mention the entire studio is adorable! Would definitely recommend anyone around the area to go and check them out.

Loved!absolutely loved! the customer service was amazing kassandra the girl at the front desk was so bubbly and such a comfortable person to speak with she had the most amazing attitude and i forgot the other girl that did my ultrasounds name but shes a blonde with glasses! She was so sweet! And just great at what she does to determine gender and she was just as awesome with the most amazing attitude and made my experience so exciting!! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you ladies keep doing what you do!
