UPDATE: the owner called me immediately after receiving my review and was very genuine & committed to making things right. They were nice, very sweet, welcoming, etc. so much so that I feel bad leaving a poor review. But my experience was quite poor. I went in at 6 weeks & a hand full of days and was told by the sonographer and then her supervisor that they couldn’t find anything, maybe I was too early. So I left. I didn’t get offered a refund or an appointment to come back later. I was just out $45. They called me shortly after to say they advise me to go to the ER or to get into my doctors office ASAP because at 6 weeks & a few days, something should be there. Obviously I was quite alarmed, in tears on the phone with my midwife. We had some scares early on about viability so the idea that we had lost this baby opened up some barely healed wounds. My midwife sent me to a different elective ultrasound place, one that she works with directly. I drove straight there. They did another abdominal ultrasound and found baby & a heart beat in a matter of seconds. I was so upset and angry for the emotional roller coaster that New Life sent me on. I usually only leave positive reviews, but this one I felt was important to leave. Just don’t go in early. Try to wait it out to prevent the chaos that I experienced
