Feedback:

I reserved a part online , came in person to pay for the part. The manager Gil kept informing me that I didn't reserve the part. He kept telling me they don't carry the part. I showed him the Napa part # and shown him the email / pic of the item being in stock. Manager Gil is clueless is customer service. Have already informed Better business beaureau as well as Napa Corporate. Even though his is a privately owned : Owner is Mark Cubian. I will not do business with this branch and use the Orange location. The Orange office is very customer oriented.
