The staff was very friendly but... they need to regulate how many people are inside, too many unnecessary people in the waiting room such as friends and family members. When they called my name to the front desk, I was waiting to get paperwork so I can fill out, the receptionist kept calling other people to come and pick something up or hand them paperwork (not respecting the 6ft rule). All chairs were not separated ,random people sitting next to each other. Be careful coming here.

Their hours are very convenient. It's great that you can walk in for X-Rays only. Yadira is so helpful, she's great! She took care of me right away. Thank you to the young lady that went to the back to ask if I could still get my X-Rays done. Also to the wonderful technician or technologist that took my X-Rays, she was very kind. She was there late getting every patient their X-Rays. Thank you for your hard work.

The Technician was very nice and professional. The gal who checks you in was nice but I don’t think it’s appropriate to ask someone their weight in front of all the other patients. This has happened twice and I really do not think this is a very good practice. HIPPA says your personal information is suppose to be confidential, but it’s not at this facility

They also looked very PRESENTABLE - which takes effort every work day.The lady (Sarah) who did my X-rays .. was also Good/Excellent.She was also very presentable, clear in communication and polite.Overall, an excellent facility at this location. This is the best of such facilities I have experienced.----------------(BTW, after I typed my comments, I tried to POST but could not execute the button. Took me a while to realize ... the subtle stars icon above also needed "checking." I think Google needs to add some brief clarification.

.I was very pleased with the people at NorCal imaging. They were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, informative, accurate and easy to work with. I have been here multiple times and I have gotten very good service every time I came. The ladies at the front desk were very good and the technicians explained the details of what each procedure was going to involve. But I think some things could be done to reduce the amount of wait time in the waiting room. Most of the time I came with an appointment and I was on time and yet had to wait a long time because so many people were ahead of me. That's why I would prefer to go to Bayside Imaging because the wait time is really short and the service is just as good.

My MRI tech was great and patienceI will give her a 5 star! As for the receptionist when leaving was rude. NO STARS ZERO! She stated she never signed a Worker's Comp form or Work Status report. It should recommended that staff should be knowledgeable about forms that are need by employers and workers comp. I previously got the form completed with no problem.

I got here early and there was a tiny bit of trouble with my new insurance, but the 2 women at the desk got it straightened out in a couple of minutes. The young receptionist who had me fill out a small amount of paperwork, did her best to get me in early. I had told her I'd fasted for a blood test that I'd had a couple of hours earlier and that I'd had almost nothing to eat all day, and she got me a good granola bar! With her help and a bit of luck, I got to see a radiologist (? -- I'm not sure what her actual title was) who did my thyroid ultrasound. Polcart (sp?) was nice, helpful, and kind. She was more gentle than whoever did the same procedure to me 5 years ago, and I was nearly asleep the whole time. I highly recommend NorCal Imaging. My wife has been here a few times as well, and only has good things to say.

I worried about this process for over a month and finally went in, the staff at this imaging location made all the different, they listened to your concerns and made you feel that they would do anything to lesson your concerns. The staff took everything as slowly as you needed to go and made the experience as comfortable as it could be.

When I called to make my appointment for an ultrasound, I asked for a specific time-morning until about 12:30 pm because I go to work at 2. I wrote down notes about available times as I spoke with the person on the phone. She gave me 11:45 am as an option-perfect. Upon arrival, the front desk girl told me my appointment is not until 4:45 pm. I said that is incorrect, I would never schedule that as I have work. Also, I had to fast for this appointment. And I have medication for Cystic Fibrosis that I take AM and PM-must be taken with food. Another reason as to why there is NO chance I would have scheduled a 4:45 time slot. I tried explaining this only for the girl to literally walk away from me and leave me at the counter. I stood there for probably 5 minutes until she came back and said “well what are you gonna do?” UM, what are YOU going to do?! This was not my mistake! She said I can wait around if I want with no guarantees or just come back at 4:45 (when I’m at work, without very important medication?) I asked about another appointment from the other girl there and she offered me a 12 pm the following day. I said I would take that. Then she said she has to ask the ultrasound tech if she’s willing to take the appointment. She calls the ultrasound tech and proceeds to tell her that I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT and need to reschedule. How can I “miss” an appointment that, according to your scheduling, isn’t for another 5 hours??? NO ONE would apologize or take any responsibility for their mistake nor would they accommodate me in any way. They said “there’s a miscommunication”- no, there isn’t. Whoever took my phone call put me down for the incorrect time. I showed them my notes and they wouldn’t even look. Rudest staff I have ever encountered, zero accountability, and they absolutely do NOT care about your time wasted. I will for sure be avoiding this place at all costs.

This office has a wonderful staff. Although the waiting room is often full -as it was today, patients are continuously moving through their “doctor’s orders” requests through to completion of the needed service. Staff are very courteous, friendly and professional. The facility is clean and maintained well. As far as clinics go, this one is a pleasure to visit for services.
