My husband went here to Sutter to have labs drawn, just note that if you go to this facility for a test and they have to send it out, you will be charged twice, once by them and once by the lab they send it out to which in my husbands case was Quest. You are better off to go to Quest to begin with since from what I was told by the Sutter customer service representative, "we are not required to inform the patient when a lab cannot be processed and has to be sent out to another lab." I think this is wrong and I feel like if the people that make this rule have the tables turned on them then they would not feel the same way, this is especially since I know what lab techs make and the profit was beyond great for this service, not to mention now we have to pay Quest too. Just FYI.

I went to this lab yesterday 04/26/2017. I had the WORST treatment and customer service. This is the 2nd time that Nancy the lab technician has treated me so terribly. My arm is bruised, swollen and blue. She literally stabbed the needle into my arm as she was yelling at me because I asked her to use a butterfly. She informed me that she's the technician and she would chose which tools to work with! I've ALWAYS been pleased with Sutter and the care at their other facilities. This employee is NOT representative of a Sutter Employee. DON'T GO THERE!
