Feedback:

My husband went here to Sutter to have labs drawn, just note that if you go to this facility for a test and they have to send it out, you will be charged twice, once by them and once by the lab they send it out to which in my husbands case was Quest. You are better off to go to Quest to begin with since from what I was told by the Sutter customer service representative, "we are not required to inform the patient when a lab cannot be processed and has to be sent out to another lab." I think this is wrong and I feel like if the people that make this rule have the tables turned on them then they would not feel the same way, this is especially since I know what lab techs make and the profit was beyond great for this service, not to mention now we have to pay Quest too. Just FYI.
