Thank you for your dependable produce and dependable deliveries. During all the craziness, one of my favorite things to do has been to customize my box to have something to look forward to! Things aren't always available (due to high demand during all of this i'm sure), but that gives me an excuse to change up my snacks and dinners. I'm a new customer but this has exceeded my expectations. As a farmer/small biz owner myself, I know you guys are working hard through all of this, and I appreciate it!!

I was so excited to try this service.I had a "refer a friend promo code for first box free" so I set up an account with my credit card number. I ordered a box and received a delivery date for two weeks later. I even customized the box to pick what I liked which is a service they offer. On the delivery date, my box never came. I hadn't shopped that week as I expected the box. I contacted them the next day and never heard back. What a disappointment as I was psyched to start the service if the food was good. This morning I had to go shopping before work as I had no food for the week. The whole thing was A Very Inconvenient Waste of my time. Tonight I cancelled the service.

We went to cinco de mayo festival. Still a bit cold at night so make sure to get good tents & sleeping bags. The camping is done between fig trees which is great. The place is awesome: the kids loved the activities: strawberry and flower picking, a ride on the tractor, and more.Also the band was cool, people were dancing, drinking beer and having fun. We'll definitely be back!

I have never dealt with an in person salesman, so I can't comment on that :) I can however comment on the cancellation process (I cancelled, then resigned up after changing my mind) and the quality of the food. I had to cancel my service thinking I wasn't going to be able to use it. It was incredibly easy and FAST. I didn't get any weird charges or have any issues. I then resigned up several weeks later when I was able to continue the service. As far as quality, I cannot be happier. We have received about 5 boxes now and each box has been stellar. Way better quality than my local grocery stores. We get a small box and sometimes add a couple extras and it works great and takes us through exactly a week (2 Adults and 1 toddler household). I love the customization aspect and I always go in and pick what I want each week from the list...it has helped us branch out and try even fruits that we typically wouldn't get at the grocery store. We have had on time deliveries every time - ready to go at 7:00am every Wed morning like clockwork. I am very pleased with this service and would recommend it to anyone. But I also didn't encounter any crazy sales people long the way... ;)

My wife and I visited a state fair and we were stopped by what I believe to be a salesman for Farm Fresh To You. Very nice gentleman was my first impression. After explaining the way that the program worked, my wife and I proceeded to make an appointment to have someone come out to speak with us further about their services. On the that night we received a text confirmation informing us that the appointment was set. We while reading further we noticed that the text stereotype who we were based on our visit with him. The text read (Paraphrase because wife have exact text) very nice couple, very intrested, had lot's of jewelry, they have money to that affect. So on the day that they were to nbn visit I received a call from the manager just confirming the appt. very nice from the start. But when I mentioned that we received a text confirmation and explained to him what wasn't supposed to be there He explained fishing for an excuse said to me me that they use that as a mechanism to rule out customers that might waist their time in that customers do the same. However, admitting that the representative should not have included that in the text and then asked me if I still wanted to have the appointment or not. Long pause, then I said to him that there us a big difference between categorizing potential worthy customers. I also explained to him that I owned a internet radio station that we would be discussing this and he proceeded to tell me to grow up and mentioned have a nice day and hung the phone up.So let's see so here is what I got from that:Poor customer service Unwillingness to address the issue(s)Just a like a fish bait them and catch them to never let go. In other words looking at the very few negative comments that are shown 🤔 just think of the once that were removed. I am not sure if they know that people love to see the negative comment and there have been corrections being made to be a better company for the he customer. I digress but I can go forever based on that one conversation. So, if you are thinking about doing business with this company please reconsider and take your business elsewhere. If you are a customer and you think that this company look into the many other complaints that are out there that you have not seen. End your service now before you become one of those poor fish that have gotten hooked and trapped . "Because everybody Deserves to be Heard ".

We have been customers for 3 years and really love this service. I tried several other CSAs before I finally found Farm Fresh to You. It's easily the best. The produce is always high quality, and each week they select a new variety for you. If you want to swap items out or add to your order you can. In addition to fruits and vegetables, they also offer tons of other local, organic products. We regularly buy the mixed flower bouquet and Challah bread, as well as weekly pasture raised eggs. We are a family of four (two adults and two girls - ages 3 and 5) and the large box fits us perfectly. Since we starting taking this service I have regained my Saturday mornings and no longer spend them pushing a cart down the isle at the grocery store, kids in tow asking for every other item on the shelf... It forces us to eat healthy and I no longer have to bother with much shopping. For families with two working parents, this service is a lifesaver. We add it to our Real Good Fish order (local sustainable seafood) delivery and it covers 90% of our groceries. Thank you Farm Fresh to You!On a side-note, I'm really surprised to read about the bad experiences in other reviews. That doesn't sound at all like the company I know, but rather like maybe they had a (really) bad salesman a couple years ago...

I've been a member of this CSA for years. I have had no problem suspending my deliveries when I was on vacation or just wanted a break. They respond to my emails quickly and Farmer Thaddeus has always been pleasant at events (which are a blast). I would recommend this CSA to anyone, the food is always the freshest and I love picking what comes in the box each delivery!

After several months, we are really happy with Farm Fresh To You. The organic produce is terrific. It always seems to taste great, much of it even surpassing our local grocery stores. Maybe that's due to small farm organic sourcing rather than big-box organic sourcing, not sure, maybe the smaller farmers take more conscientious care and/or use more natural growing methods than the huge, profit-driven growers. Anyway, prices are very reasonable; we end up spending less for groceries but are just as satisfied. Super convenient, good selection of different fruits of vegetables in season (we can choose exactly what we want), delivered to our door, no shipping added. So far, no downside. When we did have a few small issues with a few things (a few lettuce heads were a bit small even tho the price was fairly low), we made a quick call and we were credited immediately. PS: The fennel was so good, we almost became addicted. The lettuce is great, super fresh. The fruit has been sweet and tasty, pretty much everything has been topnotch. Love these guys.

This is in regard to an incident that occurred in Sonoma County, CA in July 2015:A young male solicitor (representing Farm Fresh To You) assumed an imperious posture on private property, and used intimidation/railroading tactics while attempting to pressure a disabled person into subscribing to a home delivery food service. He demonstrated extreme contempt when I expressed reasonable concerns about the company, and when I inferred that I wanted to do some vetting before providing personal information and entering into a service agreement. In a demanding and interrogative tone, the man repeatedly yelled: "WHY TO YOU NEED TO WAIT/DO THAT? JUST SIGNUP NOW." The egregiously presumptuous and coercive solicitor demonstrated no regard whatsoever toward this prospective customer, and his abusive comportment raises serious suspicions about this organization.

This place is a horrible corporate scam. The idea of this is great, the food was great, the problem was the company and their greed. It was very difficult for them to process the sign up bonus I got at a town faire. I was moving and It was very difficult to cancel. You can't cancel online, only over the phone with a trained salesman that is their to stop you. Then over a month after cancelation, they started to send food to an old house and charge me. They gave me very different answers over the phone about when and what calls and emails where made. ALL AROUND BAD COMPANYI will be continuing this style of getting food but I would never use this company.Sorry farmers, I liked the food.
