Moving here from Los Angeles (and being a medical patient there) as well as being a recreational customer in WA, CO, NV.. I have a pretty good idea of what a good dispensary is, how they are operated and the selections they have. Every time I’ve ever been to this place they have little or no flower. If they do have flower it is low THC and overpriced. Not sure who is managing this place but they need to be replaced. Unfortunately this is the only dispensary on the beach.

They will sell you expensive products that are not tailored to your needs. When I was sold products with very low active ingredients for my pain in patch form, they refused to exchange the unopened ones for the ones that were needed with better ingredients. I called Maggie many times about this and she kept saying she would call me back and she never did. They cancelled my account and refused to sell me proper healing. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE AT ALL. BBB THEM!

Well this is one of the 1st dispensaries in Miami. I’ve been a patient in the multiple states I’ve lived in. Unfortunately, I couldn’t give them 5 stars because of a few things. Firstly, be prepared to see no real selection, everything is either gone before you get there or they don’t have it. Second, their soft wax is a joke and shouldn’t even be sold to people. Hot, cold, or even med temp dabs made this wax snap and crackle from the wax itself, it would hit you in the face like hot frying oil. Waste of $60. Lastly, there is no one in store I think that has even used their own products. So, how are they selling these products to people? With the high turn over rate of people as a work force in Miami/Miami Beach, (locals know) you have people in the store that have no knowledge of Cannabis, period. The funny thing, I went to get a gram of sherbert shatter just today, and as I asked for it, I noticed 2 patients behind me speaking spanish, next thing you know my sherbert gram is not in stock all of a sudden as the patients were speaking to front desk? For real? Surterra needs a ton of work, training, and people that have real knowledge of the products on display.

This review has nothing to do with the actual store or the wonderful people who work their at the Miami Beach store. They are all extremely pleasant, helpful, and more than accommodating. Though Be aware! Never complain or question anyone on the phone with customer service. Especially a supposed supervisor. They will close your account. Ignorance is such an amazing thing. When educated if you just knock on veterans doors unannounced you might not be greeted as kindly as expected they take it as a threat. Cowardly. Again Millenials don't care about others. Convenience for themselves. Almost certain with only two stores in an area of South Florida saturated with competitors word of mouth is all that is needed. Truely amazing! Hate having to leave this. Their medicine is real. Their delivery service and customer service on the phone needs to change for the better because it will be the downfall of what should have been a corporation.

What an experience..... the Miami Beach store continues to exceeds my expectations. My experience with dispensaries in general, is for the most part, "sale focused". I've yet to have that experience with Surterra. Still being new to the cannabis lifestyle, they take the time and patience to help me through understanding it all. The comfort and smiles (especially Leslie's. She's a sweet heart) really helps brighten my days. I leave with a sense of relief of finding medication that actually works and is making a difference in my life.

The shop is beautiful, however they are just salespeople who want to push expensive sales and are willing to give false information to up their sales. We came for a prescription for my 77 year old husband who is ill with stage 4 cancer. I had want to buy the oils, but was advised the it would be safer to purchase the gel caps as I could contaminate the dropper by touching the inside of his mouth. The problem is the gel caps are very hard. They are difficult to swallow and cannot be pierced by a syringe. My husband cannot get the medicine he desperately needsThey pushed the higher priced gels, even though they saw how frail my husband was. As they are a medical dispensary they should have know he would be unable to swallow such hard caps. When I called Surterra to explain the problem they did not want to help. I was told I would receive a call back from the manager. This never happened. They are completely heartless.

I just had a very pleasant classy delivery from Jordan and Dale. They were very informative and not afraid of dogs. I am so pleased how easy and convenient it was to get this to my home. However, had they been given the correct phone number it would have been a completely perfect experience and I would have been more prepared for when they would have arrived. We are all still getting the kinks out . My experience on Alton was of the same caliber. Over all excellent.

Ordered online and got delivery 2 days later. Dale was AMAZING!! He took his time explaining the different products. Communication for the delivery was also fantastic. Dale called at 8am to give me the delivery window from 12-1pm. At 11:50am he called stating he will be there in 10 minutes. Great experience. Now we just need a store in the Kissimmee area :)

I am a first time user of medical marijuana and have been hesitant to use it for over a year now despite my doctor recommendations. There is a stigma associated with this product that I also shared. I was nervous about what the process would entail but Surterra was helpful every step of the way. The items I ordered were delivered much more quickly than I anticipated and the men who delivered it, Matt A. and Mike D. were friendly and went out of their way to answer my questions. I was surprised that they were more informed than my doctors about their products and they went over everything with me in great detail. Even though I have yet to try the products I feel much more confident in the different product applications as they apply to my personal medical conditions. I was even encouraged to contact them if I had any questions in the future. I highly recommend this company and will most likely be using them in the future. Thank you Surterra, Matt, and Mike!
