Well this is one of the 1st dispensaries in Miami. I’ve been a patient in the multiple states I’ve lived in. Unfortunately, I couldn’t give them 5 stars because of a few things. Firstly, be prepared to see no real selection, everything is either gone before you get there or they don’t have it. Second, their soft wax is a joke and shouldn’t even be sold to people. Hot, cold, or even med temp dabs made this wax snap and crackle from the wax itself, it would hit you in the face like hot frying oil. Waste of $60. Lastly, there is no one in store I think that has even used their own products. So, how are they selling these products to people? With the high turn over rate of people as a work force in Miami/Miami Beach, (locals know) you have people in the store that have no knowledge of Cannabis, period. The funny thing, I went to get a gram of sherbert shatter just today, and as I asked for it, I noticed 2 patients behind me speaking spanish, next thing you know my sherbert gram is not in stock all of a sudden as the patients were speaking to front desk? For real? Surterra needs a ton of work, training, and people that have real knowledge of the products on display.
