What can I say, I’m still pretty new on the dispensary scene, luckily I found this place. Clean cut, professional, and of course some real good green. The prices honestly are what makes the all around experience excellent. Thanks to the bud tender Amanda for going out of her way to answer all my questions knowing all her facts about the products and doing it with passion. I will definitely be going out of my way to pick up here again. Now that’s what I call service.

I placed an order online for delivery. They sent a completely different product that did not reflect the picture of what I ordered through their website. I ordered half ounce of classic shareable flower. Which clearly states this on the website and has a picture of the name and flower next to the package. What I received was pre ground shake. Completely different packaging and description from the online version. After delivery and taxes added on, I paid $130 for something I didn’t order!Fast forward, I thought no problem I know these are trying times I will just contact them and sort it out. I called and the front desk associate, he told me that He could only offer me a 10% discount on my next order and that he could give me an email address to pass the info along. Well low and behold the next day the correct picture was added to the website. So clearly I alerted them of their mistake. However, after sending emails with pictures of the description of the order and mistake, it is now saying my emails are undelivered and cannot be delivered to the email address they provided me. So they got $130 from me and I’m now stuck with a horrible product that I would have never ordered if the correct picture and description were uploaded to the website. False advertising!

2 days ago I went on the website to check out the deals in flower. Very first item that came up was mandarin cookies. It had a little sign that said 1/2 price and it was listed at 10.00 a gram and 12.00 an 1/8. It sounded like a great deal so I spent the next 15 minutes looking for other great deals at nuleaf. Not finding anything else I went back to the listing for mandarin cookies and purchased 4 1/8s, my total came to 56 and change with tax and I was given a 30 to 60 minute timeframe, at which they would text me to come get my order. About 25 min later I called back to add to my order and the receptionist tells me she can’t locate my order. She asked what I ordered, I told her and she said my order wasn’t there because the 12.00 an 1/8th price was wrong. She said” but it was only at that price for like 3 minutes” knowing that was wrong I told her so and her response was there was nothing she could do. I will not use this place again. Anyplace that offers a price , by mistake or not, and doesnt honor that price when ordered is not worthy of my or any of my many smoking friends business

This has been my favorite dispensary for awhile now. The prices and product are awesome. Even during the pandemic they haven’t disappointed. The delivery system has been amazing, you get a text before, and when your driver arrives. Not to mention they’ve always had the lowest price for a minimum delivery order of anyone that I’ve seen? The friendliness, professionalism, and communication are on point. Joshua has delivered to me a couple times and he’s always got his mask and gloves on. I love that! He’s a super nice guy, and I feel a little better knowing he’s being safe. Have to say thank you to the workers at the shop as well. Everyone must be running there butts off. I think I talked to Sam a couple weeks ago and she was super sweet! Thanks again for all your doing. Stay healthy and safe!

This is my new favorite place. I did an online order (met the minimum & time frame) received same day delivery.They called to confirm order & gave a eta window for delivery.When order was on its way they text you & sent a link so you can follow the progression of the driver.You guys are great!!!

Been a customer here for a while. Since the lockdown, it's been tough ordering from here. Was denied curbside pickup due to lack of car (which i understand) then they asked if i could return on a bicycle. Wth? Bike is ok but not just on foot? Ok... So instead order online delivery. I live next door and can see their back dock. Was told to wait a 4 hour window Wow. After this order is delivered, I won't be returning. Competition is stiff and companies will lose local business this way, and currently locals are what is keeping businesses alive.Update: Took 6 hours for delivery to arrive. When the driver arrived, I called him several times to locate him. No answer. So ultimately canceled the order and went out elsewhere found what I wanted. Overall - Terrible experience, partly due to new restrictions, but terrible communication, awful customer service, and elementary process. Maybe the owner can have the manager explain why a driver would not deliver next door first, but instead go to summerlin. Should be embarassed of your business.

Been to crazy amounts of dispensaries in Vegas. This has to be one of the friendliest. Had such a good time and would definitely visit again. They had good deals when buying cartridges buy 1 get 2, limit 1 deal per customer... So bring a friend who can buy for you too 😂.4/5 because supposedly got a free joint but sadly me or the cashier didn't notice it was actually marked as 13$ on the check not like 0.01$(bonus cartridge price on the check). But I'm sure I can set it 5/5 in the future because one smart staff member is gonna see this comment and make it right.This joint probably is totally worth it as it seems I can't stop making this comment and there is growing desire for some waffles.Take it easy people and enjoy!

Never been to a dispensary before coming to NuLeaf and I can say they did NOT disappoint! We stopped by twice on our trip and both times were greeted at the door, and the employees did everything they could to help us with anything we needed- even when we were being a pain at times due to our lack of knowledge. Great products, great selection, and an extremely helpful crew. Ron was the guy who helped us one time and he was perfect! Hopefully we will see him again there our next time in Vegas.

Great dispensary on this side of town, and definitely one of the better ones in the city, in general. When they do specials, they're always really good deals. Their flower is always surprisingly high in thc percentage and gets you right where you want and/ or need to be. The employees are always super nice and super helpful. No one there ever makes you feel like you're asking too many questions, or making you feel like you're a bother if you want some time to think over what to buy yourself; they're always super nice and helpful. I'm VERY picky when it comes to dispensaries out here and which ones I go to. This place is worth checking out. 💚

The Customer Service Is Trash I had help But the Employee Attitude was Rude and Very Disgusting I was There Looking To Purchase. Any indica product that I wanted to purchase the Lady Tried to charge me more than the regular price and she also Called me outta my names when I asked for my money back and she told me I could never come in the property again f I am not spending 200 or better The location is In the Hood There are many more dispensaries in Las Vegas people Please Be mindful of Where u spend Ur Money don’t rush into doing things
