I placed an order online for delivery. They sent a completely different product that did not reflect the picture of what I ordered through their website. I ordered half ounce of classic shareable flower. Which clearly states this on the website and has a picture of the name and flower next to the package. What I received was pre ground shake. Completely different packaging and description from the online version. After delivery and taxes added on, I paid $130 for something I didn’t order!Fast forward, I thought no problem I know these are trying times I will just contact them and sort it out. I called and the front desk associate, he told me that He could only offer me a 10% discount on my next order and that he could give me an email address to pass the info along. Well low and behold the next day the correct picture was added to the website. So clearly I alerted them of their mistake. However, after sending emails with pictures of the description of the order and mistake, it is now saying my emails are undelivered and cannot be delivered to the email address they provided me. So they got $130 from me and I’m now stuck with a horrible product that I would have never ordered if the correct picture and description were uploaded to the website. False advertising!
