In fairness to NuVue I should let people know that until this most recent experience I would give them a 5 star review. Every time my son and I have gone in, the staff has been friendly, knowledgeable, very accommodating and the products are great. Our latest trip to the Pueblo location took an unexpected turn. I recently received a text for a promotion that was offering 8 grams of wax for $88. Even though my son typically spends more money in the store he did not receive the same text. However the price was honored when we went in until my son ran into Sara the asst manager. She refused to give him the price because he did not actually receive the text even though I had. Without naming names I can say that several people had expressed that she was not a great person to deal with and that she enjoyed flexing her managerial power. Normally you expect managers to use good judgement and do things that promote goodwill and represent the company well. I can only hope that Sara is not representative of a change in the company philosophy or an indication of a new trend for NuVue. I do not intend to let this experience deter my patronage of your company but if this proves to be a trend that could very well change. Please keep NuVue awesome and avoid hiring sourpusses like Sara. Update my son has been on your program for awhile and has accumulated points.Regards

I came to the area from another state. When I was here, I made a few purchases, including NuVue, which gave me the best deal, best bud, no seeds. I got a bunch of seeds from the bud I got at one dispensary. I dont mind the seeds, knowing that Id have to pay alot for seeds in small quantities.NuVue was clearly the best of where I went in the Pueblo area, basing this on price and quality of bud.

The employees brought to my attention something about the owners trying to change policies with different things having to with their appearance like put them in suits and no facial piercings or different hair colors.. to me that seems like trying to fix something that ain’t broke, it also feels like they wouldn’t be valuing them as individuals. If I went into any dispensary and saw all the employees in suits I would burst out laughing thinking it was a joke and possibly feel like it was a set up. I feel for the employees concerns and in my opinion don't think the owners should change the good thing they got going. Just my two cents, Im only a small business owner so maybe I don't know what they know. Anyway place is still great for now. Also: Tammy was an awesome bud tender will ask for her next time!

After one visit the security guard remembered my name out of thousands of customers. Thats the first interaction and very welcoming experience. The budtenders were the same way. The flower was high quality and As a veteran I very much appreciate this because I use this for medicine. With my veterans discount, there is no other dispensary that offers these great prices in Southern Colorado. Ive been to every dispensary in town. All of them. This is by far the best. Ill never shop anywhere but NUVUE from now on.

Never coming here again. I used to drive all the way from Colorado Springs multiple times a week for this place. News flash: if you say you’re going to be open until X time on a holiday, you should probably actually be open when you say you are!! Got there over 10 min before close to find the door locked and of course no one answers the phone. You’ve lost a loyal customer. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism here.

Nuvue is the best place in town to get the best quality rec in town. I like the staff. They are some of the best ppl in town that can answer almost any questions you can think of. The security guard is the coolest in town. This is worth the drive and gas. Nate is one of the best security guards. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about what they have in stock always a friendly vibe. Alex

Have been coming here awhile but have not been happy with recent purchases and changes. My last purchase was the worst having decided to get the most expensive top 'Imperial' shelf only to find the bud is not fully dried, has powder mildew and seeds. Last time when I bought the lower tier it only had seeds which wouldnt even be a big deal if I was given a heads up about it so i can decide if I want to deal with that or not. They also recently changed happy hour times which means since I drive down from springs I can no longer make it during those times. The staff is always really good and fun to work with, but I cant keep buying and smoking expensive 'top shelf' buds with powder mildew and seeds.

Came for Budder, left with Crystal on the recommendation of staff...was not** disappointed!Very pleased with the product and staff here!! It can be overwhelming not knowing what you want but their staff was patient and friendly.We will definitely be back!

I love coming her for their WAX, it’s pretty good stuff and you can get a GREAT deal on them especially on Sundays and Wednesday’s!!Even when busy I feel like they have a quick turn over system and I’ve never had to wait for longer then 10 minutes when busy. Bud tenders are actually down to Earth and they work the friendly charm for that tip!I will continue to come back here for their wax!
