In fairness to NuVue I should let people know that until this most recent experience I would give them a 5 star review. Every time my son and I have gone in, the staff has been friendly, knowledgeable, very accommodating and the products are great. Our latest trip to the Pueblo location took an unexpected turn. I recently received a text for a promotion that was offering 8 grams of wax for $88. Even though my son typically spends more money in the store he did not receive the same text. However the price was honored when we went in until my son ran into Sara the asst manager. She refused to give him the price because he did not actually receive the text even though I had. Without naming names I can say that several people had expressed that she was not a great person to deal with and that she enjoyed flexing her managerial power. Normally you expect managers to use good judgement and do things that promote goodwill and represent the company well. I can only hope that Sara is not representative of a change in the company philosophy or an indication of a new trend for NuVue. I do not intend to let this experience deter my patronage of your company but if this proves to be a trend that could very well change. Please keep NuVue awesome and avoid hiring sourpusses like Sara. Update my son has been on your program for awhile and has accumulated points.Regards
