I didn't like my first few visits here (product, price or people) but time and location are on their side. It's the only dispensary in the Fairview area and pure convienience was the ONLY reason I went back... Overtime I grew quite fond of my local pot shop here. They have a very friendly crew who continue to learn, educate, and improve the service they provide. They know their stuff and me (now a regular) making it a quick in and out when needed. They know what I want when I come in and have been on point with recommendations when I'm in the mood to change it up. I also haven't found a shop with better deals on joints (more sativa's available then other places and full grams at better prices too)

The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. The product selection they carry is a nice mix. I assume bc its a smaller store they keep a smaller inventory so if you find something you like I usually buy as much of it as im allowed too. Prices are very fair and theres a price point for everyone. I'll be back for more goods and services!! Thanks guys for help me out.

Changing my rating. I bought a scale for slightly less than $80 and started weighing my 1 gram purchases from various dispensaries. 4 times I was sold <1 gram (only slightly less and I never complained about about that), because the last time I went I found what appears to be an insect shell/carcass in 1/8 of AC/DC CBD. I had been a big supporter of this particular dispensary and I never had a problem before this so I did call to let them know. Even though I've never complained or even attempted to return anything because I don't believe in returning stuff like this just because it doesn't fare right with me, as many products May fair better for other people as it all depends on the consumer, BUT after a little bit of research I found what appears to be a common plant insect that does have a tendency to leave behind a shell that is identical to what I found. Anyways, back to the call, the gentleman I spoke to seemed to be in disbelief, claiming it must be a seed lol. He treated me as though it was nonsense and told me I could come back the next day with the receipt (it was more than 3 hours before they close so I'm unsure why he didn't want to address this issue for me then), and they would do something but he didn't know what they could do about it and he really didn't seem to care or show any concern for how concerning it was. Since then I only go to one particular dispensary and purchase one particular growers strain that is tested for certain and kept in isolated, pre-packaged jars. It seemed to me that after so much support I was rather dismissed trying to bring this error to their attention :( Surely I was not the only customer who made this gross discovery but I was pretty much dismissed nonetheless. And the gentleman said he knew who I was...perhaps he's referring to my many visits but definitely not referring to me as a typical problem-person because I have never, ever had any concerns or problems before. However, I will add, to be fair, that many of the employees still have a great deal of compassion and knowledge so while I can recommend this place based off of mostly good experience, I would also recommend that customers pay close attention to inspect their products when they get home...and that's from any dispensary, because the quality in many other hole-in-the-wall places, not this place, can vary to an incredible degree that would be determined "misleading", at best. I hope the dispensary knows that this was not about money or me not being satisfied with the product results, but rather about the product not meeting my standards of safety (which is simply that I don't want to consume insects or their left-behinds).

I just sent my wife there this morning and she purchased the wrong item. When she went back in 10 seconds later with unopened item to trade for the one she wanted they told her no they could not do that. I understand rules of exchange but a 10 second non opened item purchased by accident and them not fixing it!!!! UNHEARD OF . We live across the street and will never be going back im stuck with a unopened product we cant use

When before i was going to nectar which is a good place as well just very pricey.. But i was paying over there $43 for just 1 cartridge out the door. So a pretty good price brake...💯💙

Original post: This place weighs it out in front of you! This means no more limited choice in weight, no dried out grams put on sale, or wondering if you are getting what you pay for. Great selection and price. I like the location but do wish the entrance was a bit more off the street. I am also used to doing things online and wish their menu was updated regularly. It's one of those places where you just have to be there, I guess. In person is great, however, as the employees are helpful and the patrons are chill. They have a senior discount and I have seen some older people at this location, which I really like. It feels like a safe environment and I have recommended this place to people I know. Edit: Told them I was looking for indoor grown, was given Sungrown. Tried to return two days later, told me was not within time & also that returns are not allowed after leaving store. Tbf, I should have checked the label. Be sure to check! As apparently they do not know the difference & no longer allow refunds.

Amazing prices and super informative employees! 100/10 would recommend. I usually get their Friday joint deals or the Monday cartridge deal!! I love the cartridges I've bought from these guys. I get clean hits and it's really smooth. Employees have a LOT of knowledge about their products and they also take the time to help out and answer questions, instead of rushing you to get through with the purchase like some other places.

Every time I go in I’m pleased , there always very friendly and help me out In any way needed I don’t feel rushed and I like the product only one thing I would recommend cause I don’t see other stores doing it is laminating . Because it already has a zip seal . It made thing difficult for me this morning with no scissors . But over all would recommend this location .

Large selection of products! The only condusing part is the price structure. For example I looked on Weedmaps and the prices were quite a bit lower. Website was showing certain grams under $9 where in store was $20 which is a huge difference. They have top quality products, amazing buds with a decent selection from all tier levels.

It is interesting that I happened to look at these reviews and see a pattern that I am part of. I was a daily regular and it was mainly for the relating I was doing with some of the staff. There was some good deals on decent smoke for a while and then it seems that every time I went in to get some herb at a fair price there was no value and very little selection of quality bud. It became literally impossible for me to come in and find something I was interested in and feel that it was a fair price. It was always "we had this great strain at a good price last week" or "we might get some new stuff in later in the week". The clincher for me was the last time I was in, as per usual for me, there were only 2 strains available reasonably priced. I was almost at a jones stage so I really wanted to get something. I reluctantly chose the one I hoped might be better (neither had much or any fragrance). As the tender was starting to weigh out the herb, another tender popped out of the back room with a pound saying that it was not in the system yet, however, but perhaps might be better than the other two available choices. I was like" 'can I get some of that" and I could not, as for whatever reason it could not be entered into the system to sell me some.I canceled my order and split and have not been back since. The good thing is that because of this experience it encouraged me to shop around and I have since found great deals on smoke that is better than just about anything I ever did score here, at several different locations. ???I do miss chatting with a few of the folks there, however, it seems from some of the other recent reviews that the staff has turned over some more and I have to agree that some of the newer tenders I met while I was still a customer did not rub me the right way. Makes me think of the lyric" my momma told me, you better shop around" Thankfully there are a lot of pot shops around.
