Changing my rating. I bought a scale for slightly less than $80 and started weighing my 1 gram purchases from various dispensaries. 4 times I was sold <1 gram (only slightly less and I never complained about about that), because the last time I went I found what appears to be an insect shell/carcass in 1/8 of AC/DC CBD. I had been a big supporter of this particular dispensary and I never had a problem before this so I did call to let them know. Even though I've never complained or even attempted to return anything because I don't believe in returning stuff like this just because it doesn't fare right with me, as many products May fair better for other people as it all depends on the consumer, BUT after a little bit of research I found what appears to be a common plant insect that does have a tendency to leave behind a shell that is identical to what I found. Anyways, back to the call, the gentleman I spoke to seemed to be in disbelief, claiming it must be a seed lol. He treated me as though it was nonsense and told me I could come back the next day with the receipt (it was more than 3 hours before they close so I'm unsure why he didn't want to address this issue for me then), and they would do something but he didn't know what they could do about it and he really didn't seem to care or show any concern for how concerning it was. Since then I only go to one particular dispensary and purchase one particular growers strain that is tested for certain and kept in isolated, pre-packaged jars. It seemed to me that after so much support I was rather dismissed trying to bring this error to their attention :( Surely I was not the only customer who made this gross discovery but I was pretty much dismissed nonetheless. And the gentleman said he knew who I was...perhaps he's referring to my many visits but definitely not referring to me as a typical problem-person because I have never, ever had any concerns or problems before. However, I will add, to be fair, that many of the employees still have a great deal of compassion and knowledge so while I can recommend this place based off of mostly good experience, I would also recommend that customers pay close attention to inspect their products when they get home...and that's from any dispensary, because the quality in many other hole-in-the-wall places, not this place, can vary to an incredible degree that would be determined "misleading", at best. I hope the dispensary knows that this was not about money or me not being satisfied with the product results, but rather about the product not meeting my standards of safety (which is simply that I don't want to consume insects or their left-behinds).
