Feedback:

Catalina Serrano was replying to my emails on the MyChart app. A tiny slip up on her part happened, I asked her to fix it, and now my unrelated emails are marked as read but I get no reply. I practically begged for help, I’m in a really upsetting position right now. I hope she isn’t doing it on purpose, but it’s highly coincidental. I was once forgotten about for an hour when my phone died, so I sat mind numb in the doctors pale office. The wait times have been more than an hour to be seen since I got there. The only shining part is Dr. Sodagar-Marvasti. She really tries her best. I’ve never been more comfortable with a doctor, felt more like I was being listened to, than with her.
