I've been coming here the past few years. Employees are great and the atmosphere is generally pleasant. It's open, clean, well-lit. They carry a wide variety of items that most others do and are generally a few % back than others. You will save a few dollars on many sub-$20, sub-$10 items.The entrance is two driveways off Hawthorne that go into the parking lot that open up and connect as you approach the building. It is generally safe and well-lit, and you can park under bright lights at the entrance right up against the front door.The gal with the long black hair and tight curls is one of the hardest and best working budtenders I know. Watching her work under insane conditions is just impressive. Younger duderino and tattooed homie are fantastic, and owner is pretty nice and seems to generally treat them with respect. Everyone inbetween seems to be great, too.Though, the woman with the pink highlights needs to chill out because it's going to cost her boss even more business - (I personally won't be coming back).Spending $150-$250 a week, for as long as I have, to hear a grown woman throw a tantrum about having to do her well-paying job is both ridiculous and unacceptable. Then get snapped at, rushed to make a purchase, then stand there all day? What on earth?I really just wanted to close my wallet and walk out, and should have.Look: nobody wants to be on their feet 10h a day. But YOU get paid and it is YOUR JOB. If you do not like it, quit. If you can't answer the phone and run a register, quit. If it's taking 10..15..20 minutes to ring someone out with 3 items, quit. If your other customers are noticing how badly you treat ALL the other customers, quit.I don't get paid to be in a sea of sick people who can't cover their mouths while you cry about one of the more fun retail jobs in this state. It sucks seeing other patrons being treated poorly, after being treated so poorly.I was told, "Here's your propaganda" (lol?) when she handed me the weed liability disclaimers. Propaganda that's trying to keep kids safe? Boy, that tells me all I need to know about you as a person. How embarrassing and unfortunate. For her and the business, I mean.

They are amazing!! My mother's car overheated and they invited my brother and mother inside with the dogs because it was so hot outside and then let them take the dogs out to the grassed area and gave my brother a J and told him to relax and enjoy one on them. The guy even gave my mother and brother some fluid to go into the car they needed from his own car, that was way over and beyond!! Thank you OG!!

LOVE THIS PLACE. Love the prices and the help. This is locally owned and there is a new California shop out by me that does orders ONLINE. Can you believe that. I Like them. But, I know they are a CA branch of business. So I will continue to go here for my main purchases. Because if you grow great LOCAL product you should make money off that product.

I wish the staff were friendlier sometimes, my anxiety is always pretty high in this shop, which doesn’t happen in other places I go to buy my medicine. BUT that aside, they have a great selection most of the time, their flower can be really hit and miss when it comes to quality. Very decent prices and love that they offer delivery. 💚

Pre scaled buds are very lazy & cheap. DO NOT GO HEREEvery time I've visited this shop I haven't felt comfortable. I keep coming back but each experience has gotten worse. They treat regulars like gold, new customers get as little eye contact as possible. I would recommend any other dispensary along Lancaster/Hawthorne instead. This is the worst spot for a dispensary, between an underage strip bar & shady adult shop.

I dont recommend this place at all. I came in @1:40pm. 4/5/19 because this is the closest place to my house. When I came in I waited about ten minutes until it was my turn in line. When it was finally my turn the ugly, curly black haired lady asked whos turn it was next. I said I believe it was mine and the B.Z. didn't even reply to me. Instead she ignored me and asked the girl behind me if she was ready. The other customer said no and she still stuck by her side like a hornnny lezzie until she was. Another 10 minutes goes by the blonde girl walks up. Says can I help you. I say yes I was wondering about the $50 dollar grams of oil. She says anything that's $12 I say ok great the one I want is on the list. With extreme attitude she then says YEA because it's one of the $12 dollar grams. Listen I'm a local business owner with my own storefront. If my employees acted like that they'd be fired. I will never return and I will make sure that everyone I know in town knows that this place is a joke.

Use to be our favorite spot but we moved... came in today after seeing some nice stuff posted on their fb. Asked the lady about it(name included) she had no idea what i was talking about. their selection just isnt what it use to be. Better stuff else where for cheaper... use to be the other way around. Also a little weird when we were buying 2 sweaters and i wanted to try it on to make sure i liked it... nope lol. But every other time has been amazing. Could of just been a off day, but probably wont be back. :/

The blond lady is a really nice, and always gives me what i really need for my abdominal pain. :) best dispensary i trust to give me a good deal. Good products as well. Love the chocolate cbd. Very good edibles too. Helpful staff. Friendly give me the answers I need and pain relief. Delivery guy Jeff does a good job and is timely on deliveries. It's nice to know I don't have to go anywhere

Highly recommend!! Register on their website and order online! If they deliver to your area, they will. If not, they will get the order ready for you so you can pick it up anytime before they close the same day - how awesome is that??? GREAT prices as well as great service! This is not a huge store will 50 kinds of bud (at least not yet), but the selection they do have is really quite good and there is something for everyone's taste.

I've been coming here for awhile now an I'm just over the fact they don't deliver to literally none of the 4 addresses I have given them. I legit live 2 minutes away an I'm "outside City limits" I called from another location today an again "outside City limits" like really? DIEM delivers wherever an there accept town on commercial! Kinda annoying considering if they can do it what's up with y'all license then? Seems like all the bud has downgraded espect for the Jim B stuff. I love the staff an there always so helpful but some of us with kiddos it's hard to get to the dispensary an all were asking is more places you guys actually deliver!
