Just now had a driver pull up to the wrong building, i stopped him immediately (as they always pull up here and think we are a different location) and I tried politely to tell him where the building was that he was looking for but he was the rudest person I have EVER encountered. LOOK AT THE BUILDING NUMBER YOU ARE DELIVERING TO. Stop assuming that because buildings are connected, they are the same building. This company has unloaded in our building multiple times without even making sure they are in the right spot, only for us to tell them they have to load everything back up. This company would get a ZERO in my opinion and we don't even use them..

They keep you updated at all times through their portal, and have a team of actual people to help if there is ever an issue! Love On Time Delivery. Keep up the great work!

Zero stars. I set up a delivery from a bakery to a church for a family funeral. They were two hours late (and that only with about six phone calls to make sure it was happening) and almost missed the time slot completely. They also dropped one of the big boxes of bakery goods - luckily the baker took care of it and fixes it. I would NEVER use them again.

About a year-and-a-half ago I was out of work and struggling Tim the owner gave me one of his vehicles to use so I could work and pay off my child support that I've been in arrears for over 10 years with with his help I was able to pay off my child support in 18 months. They've been there for me through personal and financial struggles they're the most honest hard-working people I've ever met if you want to work as a courier driver on-time delivery is the place to work. Our company uses On Time Delivery for 5-10 courier deliveries each day. They are reliable, on time, professional and presentable. Most of our courier needs are in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area and I have not had to deal with a late arrival or missed delivery. I would recommend this company to any business owner or personal consumer for reliable delivery needs!

I have an Etsy shop and I had to ship 5 packages to a customer using Greyhound. I used their door-to-door service which means they hire a local delivery company to pick up my packages to bring to the Greyhound bus to ship. Greyhound scheduled On Time Delivery to pick up my packages between 9:00 and 1:00. They never showed up. I called Greyhound who called On Time Delivery and they said they were running late and would not be able to pick up my packages until 5:00. They finally showed up at 5:15, but brought a van that was too small for my 5 large packages to fit in. They had the measurements of the boxes so they should have known which vehicle to bring. The delivery guy seemed to not know what was going on and kept mumbling and telling us that he didn't know what he should do and acted like he was on some kind of medication. Then, while he was there, we got a call from On Time Delivery saying they had to cancel our shipment. We scheduled the shipment 3 days earlier because we needed to get those boxes out to our customer. They rescheduled for the next morning. They did, however, come on time that morning, which is why I am doing 2 stars and not just 1. They didn't even offer to give us any kind of rebate or money back for the trouble we experienced. Overall, a very poor experience...
