Feedback:

One of the worst hospitals I have ever been to. Nurses and admission clerks are super rude in the ER. I kindly asked one of the admission clerks to please notify my sister in law's family of any updates. I advised her to please take a number down, she was defiant and had a bad attitude. She stated, "we don't have to contact you at all, she's an adult." I advised her a couple times that my sister in law was mentally unstable and indeed we needed to be contacted. She had a horrible attitude and didn't want to help. Also they refuse to give my mother in law any updates regarding her daughters condition or diagnosis. Nurses were refusing visit but wouldn't provide a reason. My mother in law had to demand to speak to the nurse in charge to at least be able to see her daughter. Don't go here! People that work there need to be at least a bit more empathetic and understanding.
