Wasted my lunch break waiting to be helped. When i asked the fella at the window if he could help get the 6 people also waiting through the line he said "i only have one budtender, if you dont like it you can leave." then he continued to stare at everyone while doing NOTHING! I am a long time customer who will no longer be buying from you! Terrible customer service.

First and foremost, Mary Jane is an absolute treasure, and Oregon's Best Buds is very lucky to have her on their team. Her enthusiasm for all of her customers is so genuine, and her knowledge of the products is so thorough. As a whole, this shop is the only place I go and the only place I recommend to friends. I started smoking later than most folks, in my early thirties. I was a total newbie to it, but I'm also a big nerd and like knowing as much as I can about things. The employees here never made me feel like a dummy for not knowing something yet, and were always so great about answering questions.Every single time I've been there, I've gotten great customer service. If I know what I want and I'm in a hurry, I can be in and out in a couple of minutes. If I'm not sure what I want, they're always willing to give a recommendation. It's the best shop in Portland, frankly.

Go to Progressive Collective up the street, instead!At Oregon’s Best Buds they were always awkward, and the cheap weed was always weak, but I took it to another level. I asked if they were going to greet me or wait until I greeted them — then I pointed out I had seen the same piece of trash in their windowsill for half the week, and the defensiveness shot up!Low-end

Nikita is a great bud tender. She provided good suggestions and found a strain to fit my particular wants. She has lots of knowledge of terpenes, CBD and ediblesThe store's selections are good and the rest of the staff is also nice.

I stopped into this location on day .. I like the prices the people are always friendly any questions I have asked have always been able to be answered by the person serving me or someone else in the building. This evening I came in .I happen to be a dollar off and they help me out and I wasn't expecting that.. Thank you Best Buds !!!!♡♡♡♡♡

I feel overly ripped off purchasing a 40 dollar ounce I was shown untrimmed bud and told it's just untrimmed and a little under par but still amazing bud, well when I got home and dumped the bag out over half of it was straight leaves at the bottom as if they were just poured in the buds placed on top.I will not return being lied to like that this is awful business and I imagine that's why they have to sell their random ounces for 40 bucks.

"Great place. Great people. Dog friendly. Staff could be more knowledgeable. They sell all bho as shatter. They don't seem to know the differences betweens shatter, crumble, snap and pull". The above is what i thought. When I gave them a 4 star. Been going here for years then on my birthday a friend bought me a pen and cartridge. Not something I would us so called and even went in. Even though there isn't a sign or anything on the receipt, and I was back in five min they wouldn't do anything and thought it was funny. This was an e pen and cartridge that were unopen. I had myself removed from the system and the last time I'll be going there.

theyre the guys who are always there for me. they dont have the best weed, its good weed, but the budtenders are awesome. i love coming here, the thing that makes these guys stand out are the super good vibes. i love you guys and your amazing uniqueness..it keeps me coming back. i almost forgot, the prices are compareably the lowest for good weed.

Definitely amongst my three best friends. Oregon’s Best Buds is my go to dispensary to buy pre-rolled joints. They have one of the best and widest variety hands down and coming in at $4 for half grams and $7 for full gram, the price is hard to beat. Their bud tenders are all sweet angels. Never pushy but always willing to give advice and point you to some A+ goodies. OBB has a reward point system that gives you cash back. A pretty sweet little perk. On Wednesday’s they do a free battery when you buy a cartridge.

My fiance has struggled with chronic and severe back pain as well as frequent seizures all the time I've known him. After a terrible car accident he's just had a much harder time... I battle Fibro and anxiety. Between the two of things we've lost work and have really just been having an ask around hard time...After trying out many dispensaries (that were not helpful with picking bud and were also pretty condescending about my financial situation) we finally found Best Buds. And they are just that! Super friendly, wonderful, caring, helpful and empathetic are just the first words I think to use in describing the staff. They have worked with and helped us more than we can say and I attribute our quality of life getting better a lot to them... if I could invite them all to our wedding I would. <3 THANK YOU BEST BUDS!!!!!! <3See you in about 45 mins!!!!
