First and foremost, Mary Jane is an absolute treasure, and Oregon's Best Buds is very lucky to have her on their team. Her enthusiasm for all of her customers is so genuine, and her knowledge of the products is so thorough. As a whole, this shop is the only place I go and the only place I recommend to friends. I started smoking later than most folks, in my early thirties. I was a total newbie to it, but I'm also a big nerd and like knowing as much as I can about things. The employees here never made me feel like a dummy for not knowing something yet, and were always so great about answering questions.Every single time I've been there, I've gotten great customer service. If I know what I want and I'm in a hurry, I can be in and out in a couple of minutes. If I'm not sure what I want, they're always willing to give a recommendation. It's the best shop in Portland, frankly.
