Feedback:

This is a very pleasant place to stroll and enjoy the ducks and herons and coy fish. The water features are clever and picturesque. The sky bridge to overlook the water reclamation plant is unique. I didn't know what was over that fence until walked over that bridge. A nominal entrance fee and easy parking. Restrooms are by the Japanese house inside the garden if you can wait, otherwise there are portables by the parking lot. Bring cash.
