This Store is Horrible, Too many Violations to Name, Including Horrible Customer Service! But there Are a couple Hidden Gems that work there...The guy in Produce who always says ' Yes my Friend' when you have a Question...& the other Cheerful Young Guy in Grocery, that answers the phone Alot...

ALL SALES FINAL!!! WTH?? I have been a faithful customer of Sprouts for over 5 years and have found them as a great resource for vitamins and fruits and vegetables. I visited our local store on Friday of last week and was going to return some shampoo that I had an allergic response to, when the manager told me they are not taking ANY returns now. THIS IS APPALLING AND OUTRAGEOUS. Sprouts, you just lost a customer for life.

This store is inferior to the other sprouts I've shopped at. Out of bread for their signature sandwiches. Less than good customer service at the deli. I'll be going somewhere else.Went back to give it another chance. Ordered classic white bread due to a restricted diet. Got home and the sandwich was on whole grain. Stupid people can't even read.

Sprouts is one of my favorite stores to purchase my groceries! They have many organics and healthy choices at decent prices. I have noticed that the customer service has declined at this particular store in La Quinta. Some of their staff is pretty rude and snobby! I took away 2 stars because of this. Also some deli employees have at times, given us a hard time with their unfriendly or frustrated demeanor when we have asked for samples or when we are simply trying to order meats. I have found myself driving to the Redlands or the Riverside store more often because of this. I took away another star because their organic produce is ALWAYS low! They rarely have Roma tomatoes and I go every week! The Store, however, is very organized and seems clean every time we've gone. Great sales, especially when they have the vitamin extravaganza which is when they have 25% off all vitamins and supplements!

My family loves this store because of the wide selections of fresh produce and it has more organic products than other stores. There's a large selections of essential oils that no other stores can compare to. Meat department also has best selections and service. The employees are helpful and friendly in general BUT Dani, the cashier, is the best. My wife and I and my boy always go to her lane. She always makes shoppers feel welcomed with her bright smile. We've never seen any cashier THAT friendly anywhere. The store is very lucky to have her at the front end. She's the Miss Congeniality of the store.

Sprouts is a great store on so many levels but they sell old produce check it before you pay for it! Check the dates on all your lettuce, eggs etc. Anything bagged or boxed. Ask about dates on deli meats and cheeses. They're no different than any other store but smaller, so watch dates and check your berries etc. I hate getting home and opening up a box of blue berries and find them moldy! Naughty, naughty! Cookies are always under cooked!Plus! They pay their employees minimum wage! Not good! Pay your people what they're worth! Not what you think you can get away with!

I've been shopping at various Sprouts around California for the better part of 6 years and I've been fairly happy and loyal to the brand. When my family moved to the Coachella Valley, I was relieved to find a store in La Quinta. However, I have to say that my experience at this store has been the worst I've ever had in a grocery store in my entire life. On three separate occasions I've found produce rotting on shelves and when I point the problem out to managers or to employees, they just nod and smile. They offer an apology and a bit of money off my bill in some cases. Then I find that on my next visit, the issue appears to be unresolved. Recently, I went in on a day I knew that they would have stock fresh off the truck. They had strawberries on sale and those were all gone except a few clam shells that had strawberries with fuzz growing all over them. Another display was filled with small avocados. All of the display had old avocados that would concave in as if spoiled when you squeezed them to test for ripeness. When I pointed this out to a nearby produce stocking clerk, he immediately became unhinged and for no reason. I wasn't being rude or confrontational, but the guy escalated the situation within a matter of seconds and so I disengaged and went to a manager immediately.The entire experience left me bewildered.

This place is my go to for food. I love shopping here. They have awesome staff. Everyones really helpful. And they have good prices on their meats for a health food store. Their produce department is amazing. Always good prices and its always fresh. I wish they had more organic options for their produce tho. When it comes to their grocery department. Some stuff are more expensive then i would like but still have great options.
