No concentrates or edibles in over 2 weeks. Very little flower options, and high prices. It saddens me that OPG is always running out of meds. I think it has alot to do with the fact that they will only sell there product's. Every other med shop has multiple brands to offer, and they help support other local companies. Not at opg. It seems they would rather have nothing then sell other great names in there shop. The staff here has always been very friendly to me I will say, but I can't give a good review when I cannot get meds. I'd love to see other brands in this shop.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I’ve never had such a horrible experience in a dispensary. First time patient, sat for a half hour while watching 5 other patients go ahead of me. I assumed they were filling out paperwork for me, but they ‘forgot’ to call me back? Only reason they did is because another patient mentioned I had been sitting longer than him. The heavily tattooed girl was giving me hardcore dirty looks and had an all around sour attitude towards me. Also, nobody offered me any first time patient specials or discounts. I had to ask.. Tattooed girl said “you get a pre-roll” and slapped it on the counter and walked away? Definitely won’t be a returning patient.

AVOID this place at all cost!!!! Owners obviously have a hard time taking criticism. I have had 3 awful experiences at this dispensary, the last of which was in September when the owner called me apologizing for the situation and letting me know there was a $20 credit I could use at anytime. Regretfully I stopped in today to have my final terrible experience. I was told rudely by the lady at the counter that there was no $20 credit on my account and that they don't give credits, essentially calling me a liar. She called the owner who in September told me I had the credit, and she herself told her employee she has no idea what I'm talking about!!! And after reading other negative reviews of the owner throwing people out of the store for leaving bad reviews, using profane language and being rude, I knew I had to share my experience. Ive been in Cannabis since 1998 in one form or another and this is unacceptable business practice along with the lack and inconsistency of products and medicine. Save yourself the trouble, hope this helps someone avoid what I went through.

Hands down my favorite herb shop. Their edibles are high quality and tasty, and the staff always makes me feel right at home. On holidays, they have amazing give aways/deals. I wish every shop was like this. Only downside: it's a little small. I believe they are also one of the only places in Arizona that make their own edibles, but I could be wrong about that so be sure to ask!

Don't really know where to start or end this to express how good of an experience and meds and information that I received from the phone call the day before I went in and on Sunday went I actually went in I've had my card in CA for long time before moving and getting it here in AZ and had never felt compelled to leave a review. Great selection good pricing and deals exceptional knowledge and advice on every aspect without being annoying or coming off as a know it all or an ass. Great trim on all product just really happy and impressed with everything and No I don't know anyone there nor am I friends with them this is just am honest review from a first and now long time customer everyone I met very friendly and helpful and also very cool to my dog which means a lot to me Thank Organica, Ryan H.
