AVOID this place at all cost!!!! Owners obviously have a hard time taking criticism. I have had 3 awful experiences at this dispensary, the last of which was in September when the owner called me apologizing for the situation and letting me know there was a $20 credit I could use at anytime. Regretfully I stopped in today to have my final terrible experience. I was told rudely by the lady at the counter that there was no $20 credit on my account and that they don't give credits, essentially calling me a liar. She called the owner who in September told me I had the credit, and she herself told her employee she has no idea what I'm talking about!!! And after reading other negative reviews of the owner throwing people out of the store for leaving bad reviews, using profane language and being rude, I knew I had to share my experience. Ive been in Cannabis since 1998 in one form or another and this is unacceptable business practice along with the lack and inconsistency of products and medicine. Save yourself the trouble, hope this helps someone avoid what I went through.
