I think if you use pesticides in the production of something to smoke, you should be required to put that on a big red sign upon entry.Something along the lines:Caution: PESTICIDE used in this facility in the production of the product you intend to smoke and consume.I think that’s honest and up front. A tiny mention in microscopic writing will be missed by anyone who doesn’t read the label or who can’t read writing that small. Plus, a pro pesticide argument followed by the admission a production facility employs pesticides on their website is likely not going to be seen either.Worse, if you name your dispensary Organtica. Implying a style of growing that rarely if ever uses pesticides; Only in the most commercial or novice settings.

Their prices are decent but when I went in, I got 4 different strains of pre-rolls and all 4 were next to impossible to smoke. They were rolled too tightly/poorly and it just burned up the medicine without my being able to draw much of anything. This is my ultimate pet peeve with cannabis products - an unsmokable J. I likely won’t return.

1st visit to the store.Free preroll.Staff was friendly & helpful.I purchased 3 different strains.All of which came prepackaged in airtight Mylar type bags.Got home and opened the pouches the buds were so dried out they crumbled to powder. How long has it been in the pouches????The medicine works, but it’s dry and burns the throat when smoked.Extremely disappointed.

Prices are never consistent the first time I went I got my veteran discount bought wax and flower for under 45 the next tine I went they charged more for the exact same stuff even after my veteran discount .... going to green leaf or urban wellness from now on don’t waist your time on this un consistent shop that want to charge what they feel like at the moment

This is by FAR one of. THE BEST dispensaries in Albuquerque. They have Beautiful flower that is very consistent, they're medibles are FANTASTIC, (hard candies) my favorite, and the budtenders are just absolutely WONDERFUL. Every time I've been there they have been so informative and they really do want to help and find what works for you and your situation. I haven'ttried ALl of the products yet but everything that I have tried has been in my top three. So whoever is rearing this DON'T OVER LOOK THEM!!! THEY'RE ABSOLUTELY FANTABULOUS😜😜😜

Absolutely poor customer service at the front end. Walked in and did not receive a welcoming greeting. Coming from out of town, being a Store Manager myself, and having been to multiple dispensaries today this by far was the worst environment. After they called our name we were moved 2ft from the entrance and asked what we wanted. We had to ask what the specials were. We had to ask where the flower was. After selecting the girl went to a window, then walked to the front without providing any direction to us at all of where to go or wait. Or who would call us next. Nothing. I had to approach the disappointing front counter to ask if our order was processed or what we were waiting on. The only positive part of the experience was the guy that checked us out. He was smiling. Asking questions. He made me feel like a patient/customer. This place was a very negative experience for us & with so much competition in Alb I honest hoped for better.

I really like their staff and they have good quality products. It's really great that they make they're own edibles and rosin. The one thing that drives me crazy is they do not accept credit cards. This is the number one reason I almost never go to organtica anymore. They're competition is seconds down the street and they take credit cards and have a larger selection.

First off it's been along time since I have gotten from alb at all because of discomfort in places.. organtica won me over not just in comfortability but in the kindness and care they take in their patients. They have a variety of options and knowledge to boot. Clearly I'm not one to care much about pricing but their prices are pretty unbeatable for the products they have.. all in all this place is going to be my recommendation for your medications.

What a comfortable place. Upon entering Organtica I felt at ease. All products were well displayed and RJ was very helpful in helping me find the right products. Also, upon asking him if their plants were actually grown in soil, he proudly answered yes and informed me that they use nothing but organic techniques to grow their plants. Being a nurse in the community, it is important for me to refer my patients to dispensaries that truly use organic techniques. Thank you, Organtica, for giving these plants and the community the respect that they deserve! Customer service is outstanding and the environment is welcoming and comfortable. If you have not visited Organtica yet, I highly recommend you stop by.I also was very impressed at Organtica's selection of edibles. They even have cannabis infused honey! This is a product that I have been searching for for months!

Hello my wife and I are Medical patients both of us are disabled and have been verbally and emotionally tormented by a Noemi Wallace whose Business by the name of 420 connect conducts Medical Marijuana Evaluations at Organtica. The unethical business practices of 420 connect are very unprofessional. We have since contacted our friends and family to no longer do business with Organtica as long as 420 connect continues doing evaluations there. Please respect the Disabled we are people as well and we have rights. The focus needs to be more on patients rather then just lining your pockets 420 connect (Noemi). Your representation of Organtica does not match up with their purpose! Consumers Beware!!
