Never been to this dispensary before today, will definitely be coming back. my bud tender Geni was very friendly (Patience with my indecisiveness) helpful & knowledgeable. Walked out feeling better than when I walked in!

I live in the building across the street from here and go often. Usually the staff is cool and cordial, but there’s always one guy I try to avoid because he’s just generally rude and short with people. He’s always wearing a baseball cap and 50’s style glasses. Well I went in today and it was busy, so he was who I ended up with to help me. I should also mention only one staff member was wearing a face mask. Every customer including myself were wearing them. To start with, he didn’t greet me, just dismissively waved me over. So I greet him and he ignores this, so I just ask him what I came in for. After having him set aside two vape carts for me, I ask for flower and pre rolls. I even show him the pre rolls on my phone because they were recently advertised on Origins’ social media page. He takes me over to the glass case and I ask for the flower I was interested in. He then gives me a dirty look and says “You’re muffled, it’s hard to hear you” to which I reply “Sorry, I’ll speak up” which he flippantly dismisses. At this point I’m starting to feel disrespected. We then go back to the register and he asks for my name for the loyalty program. I give it to him but it isn’t on his iPad, so I inform him that the guy at the door forgot to input my info, but I have my ID right here so it’s no big deal and would he like to look at it. He then ignores me yet again and yells at the door guy from across the store to reprimand him for not scanning my ID. After this, I’m completely uncomfortable. I then hand him my money and even drop a tip in the jar out of common courtesy and he ignores this as well. So this guy’s attitude and callousness towards his coworkers gets two stars removed from my rating for this place. Everyone else is awesome, but this guy is just a total bummer.

Scary! Not a good experience today. No PPE on the workers. They had no answer as to why they don’t wear masks or gloves during the pandemic. But they did ask me if I was sick because I was wearing a mask.. you would have to be tested every morning to know when you get it but I couldn’t get through their sarcasm to explain.. left with no weed. They were happy about that. Dang drug dealers anyway.

So thankful to have such amazing staff at Origins West Seattle. Everyone here is so awesomeand helpful I never leave with any questions at all. Virginia always makes sure I leave with exactly what suits my needs! So grateful to have this store still open to help with the needs of all of the public! And they are doing a great job keeping up with precautions concerning current pandemic. Best shop around!

I frequent this dispensary because of the amazing staff and product. Knowledgeable staff, very friendly, and a wide selection of choices of products. Virginia is especially awesome!!! Although all employees deserve a raise because of their hard work and dedication. Providing a service that many people benefit from in many ways, from managing anxiety to chronic pain to appetite control and stress relief. What more do you need?

Such great experience visiting Origins thank you Alondra . The store is very nice with great/reasonable priced product. The customer experience is definitely a plus from the greeter to the actual bud tender actually having real conversations of the best product that will fit what i was looking for. I would highly recommend you to visit Origins.

I was helped by Whitney she really made the experience fun and entertaining. She had all the answers for the questions that i was asking. She was really on top of all of it! i suggest if you are new or even an old customer i would go too her. She made me feel warm and welcoming. Please when you go to origins ask AS MANY questions as you need. Again Thank you Whitney

What an amazing experience! The CBD selection is great and Rico was so helpful.Edit: Let me tell you about this place. The staff is AWESOME. Abel was so patient and informative with all of my many questions and really helped put me at ease. I’m not going to any other shop.
