Feedback:
I live in the building across the street from here and go often. Usually the staff is cool and cordial, but there’s always one guy I try to avoid because he’s just generally rude and short with people. He’s always wearing a baseball cap and 50’s style glasses. Well I went in today and it was busy, so he was who I ended up with to help me. I should also mention only one staff member was wearing a face mask. Every customer including myself were wearing them. To start with, he didn’t greet me, just dismissively waved me over. So I greet him and he ignores this, so I just ask him what I came in for. After having him set aside two vape carts for me, I ask for flower and pre rolls. I even show him the pre rolls on my phone because they were recently advertised on Origins’ social media page. He takes me over to the glass case and I ask for the flower I was interested in. He then gives me a dirty look and says “You’re muffled, it’s hard to hear you” to which I reply “Sorry, I’ll speak up” which he flippantly dismisses. At this point I’m starting to feel disrespected. We then go back to the register and he asks for my name for the loyalty program. I give it to him but it isn’t on his iPad, so I inform him that the guy at the door forgot to input my info, but I have my ID right here so it’s no big deal and would he like to look at it. He then ignores me yet again and yells at the door guy from across the store to reprimand him for not scanning my ID. After this, I’m completely uncomfortable. I then hand him my money and even drop a tip in the jar out of common courtesy and he ignores this as well. So this guy’s attitude and callousness towards his coworkers gets two stars removed from my rating for this place. Everyone else is awesome, but this guy is just a total bummer.
