Feedback:

I've had a slow leak for a couple days now. So I woke up this morning and my tire was flat. I used my compressor and pumped it up, since its a slow leak it hilds air for a few days. So I go into BIG O for a flat repair, and the tire salesman says sure. Keep.in.mind this was 7:30 am and only had one technician on hand,plus they were the only tire shop that was open. Also keep in mind there is NO money to be made patching a tire. So, within two minutes of my arrival, another customer walks in. So, in my opinion, I'm sure there was money.to be made from the other customer, because the tire salesman walked out to my car and felt the I side of my tire a d then told me I didn't have enough tread on my tire to put a patch on it. So after wasting my time with taking down all my info, I'm sure it's safe to say I'll never be back to big o ever again!!
