I just came in there to have my tire fixed. since I have boughton Big O tires and it should have been a simple and quick fix. instead I was told it would be an hour to and hour and half before they could even help me. even I had called right before I drove over and was told there wasn't a long wait time. also when i got ther . one of the workers wasn't even doing anything other cleaning his area. disappointed. I'll be going back to the Yorba Linda location where I know I'll get better service.

My issue is i am a customer for more than 20 years. All locations and any prior managers gave me the foupon price without asking as a courtesy for all my business. Your current manager tried to charge me 42.00 for an oil change. When i challenged the price because i knew what the coupon was, he told me he doesn't give it unless you produce it. He even kept trying to get me to spend more money on getting some upgraded oil change which no one has ever tried to do. I am going to change locations. He has no customer manners in my oponion. This is not the first experience with him but your store is no longer going to be mine.

John was very helpful and courteous. He explained what would be done to my car and how the tires get out of balance. He was friendly and a how all automotive store representatives should be. The work was done in a timely manner and I'm very happy with the alignment and tire balancing and rotation. I will be going back for further needs on my SUV.

I've had a slow leak for a couple days now. So I woke up this morning and my tire was flat. I used my compressor and pumped it up, since its a slow leak it hilds air for a few days. So I go into BIG O for a flat repair, and the tire salesman says sure. Keep.in.mind this was 7:30 am and only had one technician on hand,plus they were the only tire shop that was open. Also keep in mind there is NO money to be made patching a tire. So, within two minutes of my arrival, another customer walks in. So, in my opinion, I'm sure there was money.to be made from the other customer, because the tire salesman walked out to my car and felt the I side of my tire a d then told me I didn't have enough tread on my tire to put a patch on it. So after wasting my time with taking down all my info, I'm sure it's safe to say I'll never be back to big o ever again!!

I got here at 7:30 am , there was one client in front of me and they're barely starting to work on my car(2 hours later). Just getting new tires.9-14-2019Came back to get my tires aligned and the new manager is not honoring the 2 year alignment I was given by the previous manager,(as a result of them taking so long to provide me services before) instead, he only gave me 1 more alignment and cut it down to 1 year. It's really disappointing that the new manager doesn't see Big O Tires as an entity, he sees it as old manager new manager rules. I'll be going to a different franchise to be getting my work done since if you have a manager change at this shop they will not be honoring promises made in the past. 2 stars for at least giving me the alignment 1 more time.

The service writer I saw on my first visit wanted to charge me $25 more per tire for tires I could have ordered on Tire Rack, which is a lot, but came down on the price when I showed him the Tire Rack page with the same tire. Your store also wanted to charge $20 for putting nitrogen in the tires instead of compressed air. That is ridiculous; most people not actively racing their cars don't need nitrogen in their tires. Aggressive sales tactics are always a turn-off and may discourage me from shopping at your tire stores in future.

This is a great place to go if you like to be lied to and pressured into work you don't want or need. Manager tried to add $30 per tire "insurance" without telling me the price, then asked three times if I wanted and alignment (said no three times) . He then called to say I needed front struts (car only 3.5 yrs old, ride is great and just had front breaks done and mech said NOTHING about needing struts. A dishonest lying salesman who will rip you off, epitomizes the worst of stereotypical car repair shops scamming their customers.As for me, won't be going back.

This is the worst place to check your car, it is more expensive than a dealer, and they try to sell and change every part of your car, when it is no necessary yet, I said this because I know something of car mechanics. Please no caming here any time. For example for a oil change is 108 dollars and in Honda dealer is 44.95 dollars, it is a big difference an in the dealer have a better service. Definitely I made a big mistake.

I bought 2 front Mesa tires back in 12/18, 8k miles later they were worn below the legal limit, so i brought them in. The manager was not able to explain to me why this happened and the pro rated amount i would receive was horrible,even though i had purchased insurance (you would think they would be replaced for free due to manufactures defect) the Manager had a suspicious attitude about why my tires were worn as if i did it on purpose. Any way i ended up going with the buy 3 get one free deal. So now my original $500 i spent doubled because i had to purchase new tires again. In addition i would like to add that there was only one guy working and 10 people waiting, it took 45min for me to be helped and the phone was ringing every 2 minutes. There was also no where to park. I definitely will not be returning here. Once they wear out im just gonna toss the tires and go with someone else.

Mishonda and the Corona Big O Tires Store are truly a hidden gem in Corona. I always get prompt and thorough service there, and the store is very clean and well kept. I took my personal truck in this morning to repair a flat tire, and they treated me like I was the only one in the store. This is the only place we service our company trucks, also, so if you are looking for a trustworthy place in Corona for tires and other services, look no further! Thank you again!
