Good service for a fast food style restaurant. I ordered my soup with bread, but I got soup and chip instead. I asked one of the lady that I didn't order chip and I wanted bread instead. She told me that they ran out of bread. No big deal, I worked in a restaurant so I understand that kitchen staff and waiter miscommunicate all the time when an item is 86. She returned to me with a bottle of lemonade and insisted me to take it. I didn't expect much from a fast food, but that was really nice of her. The soup was creamy, the chip was crunchy, the drink was nice, and the restaurant was clean. Overall, I had a good time and I definitely would eat here again.

First of all it's hard to choose because there are no descriptions like other sandwich shops. Had a Cuban good sandwich but I'm kinda picky when it comes to sides, instead of chips or apples wish they had potatoe salad or German potatoe salad or just regular green salad. I guess I need to order a full sandwich and a single small salad or something without fruit in it.

I’m writing to let you know about the ‘exceptional customer service’ I recently received.I had some special requirements for my food order, so I walked over to the kitchen counter. That’s where I met Ashley, in catering and Carlos, a trainer. They smiled and warmly greeted me. They were kind and patient as I explained to them exactly what I wanted. They carefully listened to the details and said they would be happy to do it for me. When I went to the register, I was warmly greeted by Andrea, the cashier. I placed my order. Within minutes, my order was ready and it was perfect.It is obvious that Ashley, Carlos and Andrea create a ‘superior customer experience’ by displaying a caring attitude when it comes to helping their customers.

Normally eating at Panera bread I'm quite pleased however this time in Costa Mesa was the exception to the rule.ordered a bowl of soup yes we got a bowl deliver to the table but it was only half-filled if even that when complain to the hostess and waitress about the low quantity she says well that's the way it is.... Well let it be knowing that the way it is is we will not return to this location

This store in particular is pretty dirty. I don't think the floors have been cleaned with soap and water simce they opened. You can smell the stank when you walk in. We turned around and left the store...I have been to other stores and they are clean. The cleanest Panera bread I have ever been to is in Henderson Nevada.Food is good but their soups are obviously from a can.

Food is good but a bit expensive compared to Corner Bakery which I think is on par with Panera. However if you're in the mood for bagels Panera has way more variety but they charge extra for cream cheese 🤔😑 really?! For price and extra charge for cream cheese I only rate it a 3. Go to Corner Bakery if you're getting anything other than bagels.

Waited for to go for 25m on a Sunday night. I watched 5 people hit 20m waits on POS. I watched the line dude lose his cool. The food was pretty badly made, i had to eat half my sandwich before I hit meat and salad. Store waa filthy all around. It was normal and slow, so to be this bad was not cool. I definitely dont want to come here ever again and maybe Panera in general as it has been declining fast and getting more expensive over the last decade. Each time is worst then the nexr and i uses to adore Panera and there business model. :\

Panera is a great place but this one has some issues that need to be fixed. The biggest one for me is anything that has chicken, they undercook it so much even when you ask them to cook it longer, like it comes out sorta raw and it taste and looks nasty af. They don't usually have soup ready when they open, they say they serve soup at 10 but even then they won't have soup ready till 12 or later, which is weird because many Paneras that I have gone to serve once they open, that and the soup is sometimes not warm. Usually later in the day it gets busy in the store but its understaffed so it takes a while to be served. Never the less the food comes out great and I'm their almost every morning and afternoon, just hope they fix some of those problems.

Bomb desserts. The price is fair for the amount of food. They have a great chicken noodle soup. The half sandwich and soup combo is a great deal. I would recommend the steak and cheese sandwich with the cup of chicken noodle soup for the half and half combo. I always get the baguette for the side, but you have the option of an apple or potato chips for the side. The cinnamon rolls are some of the best.

Service is very lacking. First off the 2nd checker walked away and never said she would return or that we would be helped in a moment. Then she came back and we ordered. We got our drinks and sat down with what we thought was a restaurant pager. More than 10 minutes later we were still waiting for two sandwiches, a salad and soup. Another 5 minutes and one half of our ordered arrived--the food delivery person took the pager which never went off. Slightly more than 2 minutes later my sandwich arrived. I waited, and waited...then I stopped the guy who brought our food and said I did not get my salad. He looked at the receipt and walked away. Waiting...waiting...5 minutes passed so I went to the counter and flagged the manager walking by who ignored me standing to the left of where a guest orders. I showed the manager my receipt and said my salad was not delivered. She said it would be made right now. So apparently the server didn't bother to tell the chef my salad was missing. Three minutes later the same server brought my salad and he said sorry for the delay. I am completely surprised how this location has such poor service. At least the food tasted as expected.
