Service is very lacking. First off the 2nd checker walked away and never said she would return or that we would be helped in a moment. Then she came back and we ordered. We got our drinks and sat down with what we thought was a restaurant pager. More than 10 minutes later we were still waiting for two sandwiches, a salad and soup. Another 5 minutes and one half of our ordered arrived--the food delivery person took the pager which never went off. Slightly more than 2 minutes later my sandwich arrived. I waited, and waited...then I stopped the guy who brought our food and said I did not get my salad. He looked at the receipt and walked away. Waiting...waiting...5 minutes passed so I went to the counter and flagged the manager walking by who ignored me standing to the left of where a guest orders. I showed the manager my receipt and said my salad was not delivered. She said it would be made right now. So apparently the server didn't bother to tell the chef my salad was missing. Three minutes later the same server brought my salad and he said sorry for the delay. I am completely surprised how this location has such poor service. At least the food tasted as expected.
