I actually really like this little spot! The clipboards aren't really for me but can be helpful if you're looking for something and want to browse. During covid, I don't want to browse so I usually will just go and ask the budtenders. Great prices on wax compared to Hashtag and friendly staff. ATM Fee is also quite low for an establishment such as this. Only thing I don't like is the lack of online pre-ordering and the format of the online menu.

Really great service. I went in to make a fun gift basket for a friend and the staff helped me thoroughly go through all the products and give great recommendations. Definitely recommend a visit to check out their goods -- lots of variety as well!Bonus points: they have adorable dogs to greet you.

The great and powerful wizard, OZ!!!I love this place, convenient location on stone way in between Fremont and Wallingford, super close to gas works park!The one thing that stood out to me immediately, they don't offer a discount reward system. But that's fine, because they already have screaming deals!! Check it out, you will be happy you did!

In contrast to my last experience, every time I go to OZ, I get greeted by bud-tenders who actually care about the product I'm getting.Only two workers at the time, but somehow they manage to be super efficient, super fast, not a wait, and not ignored. I went in for a product I always get, but they didn't have, and the bud-tender spent my entire visit trying to match me up with a good replacement, which btw, was an amazing choice. It's def one of the friendlier and most awesome shops in Seattle. Plus their ATM currently only charges a fifty cent fee :)

A different, information-forward cannabis shopping experience. The walls are covered in clip boards describing and organizing buds, pre-rolls, edibles, etc which is awesome because I don't have to crowd around a display case to look at a bunch of different packaging while being watched. I can find all the info I need with enough space and time to make a choice. The staff are friendly and respectful. Dogs are welcome.

I've been coming here a couple of years. I like their atmosphere, and the clipboards with detailed information, so there's no pressure to talk to someone, until you're ready.Recently, today, actually.. I called them up to ask about bath salts. The owner answered. He took 27 minutes (I looked at my phone log when we hung up) out of his day to help educate me and answer my questions.We got to nerd out on cannabis chemistry and he helped me understand why I could be getting more of an effect from one kind of edible over another.I usually get the remedy vape cart from them, as I am a low thc, high cbd user. Sometimes they don't have the products I am used to or like, but that's not a negative for them. I still shop at other places closer to me, but when I go to Oz I am happy with their prices, as they are a little lower than where I go closer to me. They have helpful staff, and I can't say that about some of the other shops around.Oz has an owner who is clearly passionate, does his homework and cares about how his products are produced.Thanks so much for being there for all of us who need options in low thc, high cbd!

This place is trash.. They have no good bud products unless you want to pay over $50 a 8th.. Most places have decent bud for $30-35 an 8th.. NOT HERE!! Also the lady who helped me was rude af... Do not tell people to not check the density of the buds... She did this because all of their bud is super dry and breaks apart with the lightest touch.. F this place..

A year ago I really liked this place, but the past few months have been lackluster. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that the Hindu Kush grams went up a $1, and I mentioned that to the employees. The red headed bearded guy gas lit me by lying and saying it was always $12. I knew that wasn’t true because that was one of the main strains I purchased. This same red bearded guy acted like he didn’t want my business when I called ahead of the store closing to let them know I’d be there within the last five minutes. The owner and other employees always encouraged me to call if it was close like that, but this particular guy’s attitude made me not want to come back. The lying also rubbed me the wrong way.Well, last night I tried another store, one that’s open forty-five minutes later, which definitely matters to me. I bought a gram of Hindu Kush for $11. It states that on my receipt. Oz. doesn’t even offer receipts or bags. Anyway, I liked this place a year ago, and I still like some of the bud tenders. However, the red bearded guy has cost this place my business. I used to come here once a week. Never again. Lying and being rude to regular customers drives away business. I won’t be back.

This has become my go to shop for buying oil and I've bought a few accessories there as well which I've been happy with. If it is your first visit the "wall of paper" may be a bit intimidating but talk to one of the people working there and they can give you a rundown of the system they use which is actually pretty easy to understand. They always have good recommendations and go in depth on the products if you have questions. I appreciate that they've told me "I can't recommend that product as I haven't tried it" because it seems like they're not just trying to get me to buy stuff and they actually care about what you're looking for.
