A year ago I really liked this place, but the past few months have been lackluster. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that the Hindu Kush grams went up a $1, and I mentioned that to the employees. The red headed bearded guy gas lit me by lying and saying it was always $12. I knew that wasn’t true because that was one of the main strains I purchased. This same red bearded guy acted like he didn’t want my business when I called ahead of the store closing to let them know I’d be there within the last five minutes. The owner and other employees always encouraged me to call if it was close like that, but this particular guy’s attitude made me not want to come back. The lying also rubbed me the wrong way.Well, last night I tried another store, one that’s open forty-five minutes later, which definitely matters to me. I bought a gram of Hindu Kush for $11. It states that on my receipt. Oz. doesn’t even offer receipts or bags. Anyway, I liked this place a year ago, and I still like some of the bud tenders. However, the red bearded guy has cost this place my business. I used to come here once a week. Never again. Lying and being rude to regular customers drives away business. I won’t be back.
