We ordered because of the commercials for safe delivery but our 4 pizzas came with no seal like all the commercials say! When we called they offered a free pizza that I will never redeem because they won’t seal like they claim they will. This is a matter of principal, if a company doesn’t honor their word then they are worthless. I’ve got a big middle finger for papa johns from now on

Ordered garden fresh extra large pizza from hotel room. Pizza came quickly and was hot.But they ruined our dinner by using almost whole can of sauce for 1 pizza and very small amount of toppings. We were very hungry but couldn't eat that pizza because there was only 1 taste...that was sauce. Basically it was a sauce pizza instead garden fresh. Very disappointed.

We ordered online after receiving a coupon code that morning. The order took a while because the code kept saying it was expired. After about 20 minutes of trying to get a code to work, we had success. 12 dollars for 2 large one topping pizzas. We received a email after the order saying that it would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived in 25 minutes and the pizzas were barely warm.. seriously. They offered to reheat them and joked a little bit about how it was ready for us early. I had to take it with a grain of salt as i was not intending on complaining about it. It was still warm on our 15 min ride back home and it was very tasty. I am pleased with the food.

3 weeks ago went to order pizza. Their reader board had a special that looked good so went in and ordered it. The lady behind the counter charged me full price, so I informed her of the special. She went out, read the reader board, and came back in to inform me the manager made a mistake and did not honor the special. My family was hungry, so I paid full price to get home. We had been steady customers until then, but there are too many other pizza chains in town that treat me better.The $5 extra profit may not be worth losing a customer.

Brand new West Olympia store......had a Double Cheeseburger pizza delivered....WORST DAMM TASTING PIZZA I EVER TRIED TO EAT ...MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! SERIOUSLY!!Wrote to them twice to let them know how bad it was...got no response.Just another 'cookie-cutter' pizza chain that couldn't give a flying f**k about their customers.I have informed my vast family and friends, to steer clear of The West Olympia Papa John's on Harrison.You too, have been warned. Run in the opposite direction of this place. Save yourself mass disappointment & save your hard earned cash.
